The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There are two 1min rests in between. Ff you need to pause longer - feel free to do so. If you don't need a break - skip them! I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover. Workout Plan to GAIN WEIGHT for Women

Please READ this box for more info. Best exercises to GAIN WEIGHT for skinny women. This workout plan is based on full body Compound Exercises. Compound exercises are those that involve more than one joint and muscle group. They are more efficient and effective for muscle growth. Method: 10 exercises, 4 sets per exercises, 45 -- 60 seconds of rest in between sets. Set 1 - Choose weight that will be manageable for 12 reps. Set 2 - Increase the weight slightly to which you can only accomplish 10 reps. Set 3 - Increase the weight even more to which you can only accomplish 8 reps. Set 4 - For the final set, lift even heavier weight to reach failure at 6 reps. Workout Schedule: Only 3 - 4 times weekly on alternate days. *It is important to know that it is NOT in the gym you achieve growth, it is when you rest and recover. Hence, a full workout day should be followed by a rest day to assure full recovery and growth. Workout Duration: No more than 60 minutes per session. Progression: Perform these exercises for 4 - 6 weeks. As you progress, lift even heavier weights and increase to 5 or 6 sets per exercise. Even if you're not a competitor, your back is an important part of a complete, balanced physique. It's also important to train your back because it should be strong for postural and athletic reasons. You won't be able to squat or do a plank—two essential movements—if your back is weak. Back training often passed over because you can't see your back while you train. You can build up great muscle groups at the front of your body because you can see them in the mirror, but consistently training your lats, traps, rhomboids, and rear delts takes a lot more effort. That's why today, we're going to focus on the back. She saw a video of Ronnie Coleman lifting weights and was inspired by the brute force of the Mr. Olympia legend. Becoming fascinated by Ronnie’s strength and charisma – she knew that she wanted to increase her lifts. It was at this point, when Cass began training with heavier weights to achieve her new goal. A couple of months later, Cass’ fascination for bodybuilding had peaked – she’d fallen in love with working out. She began following the journey of fitness athletes on social media in her spare time – Cass was motivated by the intense training sessions of other fitness models, and how they managed to retain their femininity during their workouts. She began to idolize female athletes such as Dana Linn Bailey – respecting how Dana presented herself, not needing to expose herself sexually, but purely through her training in the gym and work ethic. For the next year, Cass continued to develop her physique. After realizing her goal of building a powerful figure, it wasn’t long until she was recognized for her aesthetics. At the start of 2016, Cass created an Instagram profile, aiming to spread her passion for fitness with others. However, she didn’t expect to receive such a reception; almost immediately, she started to attract fans, with many fascinated by how she was able to stay feminine while being muscular and strong. By the end of 2016, Cass had gained masses of online followers. As a result, she’s become arguably the biggest female fitness sensation in the modern era. What I eat in a day to stay fit | High Carbs | Healthy | Pre and Post workout Meals | Fitness Meals | Fitness Diet | High Carbs for Workout Days | Build Lean Muscle Diet | Diet for lean muscle building Hi guys! I am currently in Italy so I may be a little late in response but please do leave me a comment so I can get back to it later! So for workout days, especially intense workout days. I eat substantial amount of carbs before and after my workout. It is crucial for muscle recovery and also gives you energy before the workout. You want to be able to lift the weights that you want to lift. If you don't have sufficient energy, you won't be able to do that and hence won't be able to build as much muscle. If you're looking to build more muscles then you also need to be on caloric surplus. I am probably on the surplus on this particular day but I haven''t been counting calories recently. I only count calories if I have a goal to reach but I was more to maintaining at this point. So yeah I hope this helps to give you some ideas. These are the days that I really don't have time to cook and so I prep my meals in advance and just heat it up when I want to eat it. It is also very important to heat up rice before eating them because they can cause food poisoning. It is best to have fresh rice and for left overs, you'll have to refrigerate it and heat it up the next day, and you shouldn't keep rice for more than a day.
