10 Easy Ways to Boost Testosterone Naturally

09:06
How to boost testosterone naturally? There are many misconceptions when it comes to testosterone. Some people connect it with aggressive behavior; some believe that the more testosterone a man has, the more “macho” he is. In any case, there are men who want to have as much testosterone in their system as possible. Luckily, it's not that difficult. TIMESTAMPS: Try weight lifting and exercising 1:25 Keep stress and cortisol levels to a minimum 2:27 Follow a balanced diet rich in proteins, carbs, and fat 3:05 Get enough sunlight or take a vitamin D supplement 3:59 Get enough restful sleep 4:47 Take mineral and vitamin supplements 5:33 Take natural testosterone boosters 6:16 Lead a healthy lifestyle, and avoid estrogen-like compounds 6:53 Review your medications 7:36 Lose weight 8:07 #hightestosterone #hormones #lowtestosterone Music: https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music SUMMARY: - As you know, exercising regularly can help you avoid many diseases connected with a sedentary lifestyle. Surprisingly, it will also boost testosterone levels! - The level of testosterone in your body depends on how stressed you are. Here is the connection: if you're suffering from long-term stress, the level of cortisol (a stress hormone) goes up. The higher the level of cortisol, the lower the level of testosterone. - According to one famous saying, you are what you eat. Interestingly, your testosterone level also depends on what you eat. Both severe dieting and overeating can disrupt testosterone production. - The importance of vitamin D has come to light in recent years. It’s no wonder, as it has a lot of advantages and health benefits. For example, it works as a natural booster of testosterone. - Getting the proper amount of high-quality sleep is a necessary condition for increasing testosterone levels. Sure, everybody has their own perfect sleep duration. But a 2011 study into the effect that one week of sleep restriction had on the testosterone levels of healthy young men showed interesting results. - Certain vitamins and supplements can also boost the production of testosterone. For example, magnesium supplements will restore the levels of testosterone if the cause of the drop is a deficiency of this mineral. - There are also herbs and spices that can effectively boost your testosterone level. The best ones are ashwagandha and ginger. - Testosterone levels can be negatively affected by estrogen-like chemicals. If you’re overexposed to parabens, BPA, and some chemicals often found in plastic, try to reduce this exposure to a minimum. - When your doctor prescribes medicine, you can be sure that it’ll help you deal with a particular health condition. Unfortunately, medications are a pretty common reason for low testosterone levels. - According to several studies, there's a connection between how much a man weighs and his testosterone levels. Men who are a bit on the heavy side have less testosterone than those whose weight is within the norms. 5 Habits That Raise Estrogen In Men!

13:39
These are the 5 habits that increase estrogen levels in men. Learn how to avoid them and increase testosterone levels naturally instead. There are some test boosting foods that you should eat to balance your hormones. If you're trying to lose weight or burn belly fat, but you're struggling to do so, watch this video because you just might be making one of these 5 mistakes that are preventing you from performing at your best. 🔥 FREE 6 Week Body Transformation Challenge: http://bit.ly/lose-fat11 ☝️☝️☝️ Fat Loss Calculator: http://bit.ly/2QoexUm Timestamps: #1 Inactivity - 1:37 #2 Not getting enough sleep – 4:18 #3 Alcohol consumption – 6:31 #4 Bad diet habits – 8:09 #5 Constantly stressing yourself out - 11:16 If you're a man you already know that your testosterone levels are pretty important. So it might be a little scary to learn that testosterone levels are going down at a fast pace for American men. According to the "Massachusetts Male Aging Study" between the year 1987 and 2004 testosterone levels have dropped by about 17 percent, and they're dropping by about 1.2 percent per year. The observations in this study are also consistent with other long term trends including a decrease in overall sperm quality. Now testosterone and estrogen are supposed to be maintained in the correct balance. But when estrogen levels rise, testosterone levels tend to drop, and same thing vice versa. Having lower testosterone and higher estrogen can lead to a loss of muscle mass, increased body fat especially around your belly and your chest, and it can also lead to hair loss, depression, and even sexual dysfunction. So since these are things that most men want to avoid I want to go over the 5 really bad habits that cause estrogen levels to rise and testosterone levels to drop in men. If you want to increase your testosterone levels naturally you're definitely going to want to follow along because towards the end I'll explain how eating what you might think is a healthy diet can actually be lowering your testosterone levels even if your diet is high in healthy fats. The good news is that these 5 habits that I want to go over today are all within your control. Meaning you can change them starting today just by making the decision to do so. So I hope this video inspires you to take action because there are very effective ways to help balance out your hormones naturally. Let's start with the obvious by identifying one of the worst habits that leads to higher estrogen levels in men and that's inactivity. So many American men live sedentary lives in which they have jobs that don't require much physical labor and then when they're done with work their lack of activity continues at home. Some pretty large and conclusive studies show that people who exercise regularly have higher testosterone levels. Not only does exercise itself help you maintain a better balance between estrogen and testosterone, but it also helps you stay leaner. The male reproductive system is located in the pelvis region. It includes a pair of testis along with accessory ductglands and the external genitalia. It consists of a pair of testis lodged in an integumentary pouch - the scrotum. Initially they are abdominal, however as the development proceeds they descend down into the scrotum. It has been proved that this adaptation enables regulation of internal temperature of the testes higher than body temperature which is essential for their normal functioning. In adults, each testis oval in shape, with a length of about 4 to 5cm and a width about 2 to 3cm. The testis is covered by a dense covering, each testis has about 250 compartments called testicular lobules. Each lobule contains one to three highly cord somniferous tubules in which sperms are produced. Many such somniferous tubules after exit again from a complex network of tubular system known as rete-testis. Small ducts from rete-testis again unite to from a large convoluted duct called as epididymis, in which sperms are stored. Epididymis continues into vas deferens which carry sperms away from the testis. Vas deferens after curving back over lower abdominal area enlarge to form ampulla, in which opens a coiled tube with sacculated walls; this is the seminal vesicle. It is supposed to perform nutritive function by providing fructose and other nutrients to maintain vitality of sperms. By the union of seminal vesicular ducts and vas deferens a short canal is formed is called as ejaculatory duct which further unites with the ureter to from a common passage the urethra - which opens to outside of the body through the penis. Seminiferous tubule is lined on its inside by two types of cells called: Male germ cells undergo meiotic division finally leading to sperm formation. Sertoli cells provide nutrition to the germ cells. Outside of Seminiferous tubules called interstitial spaces, contain small blood vessels and interstitial cells or Leydig cells. Leydig cells synthesise and secrete testicular hormones called androgens. Other immunologically competent cells are also present Two glands - prostate and bulbourethal (Cowper's) glands open into the urethra. They produce mucus that lubricates the urethra to facilitate the ejaculation of sperms during copulation. Secretions of these glands constitute the seminal plasma which is rich in fructose calcium and certain enzymes. External genital organ in male is penis through which urethra runs. It is an erectile organ and helps in sperm deposition in the vagina during copulation.

♂ 4 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Your Testosterone Levels, Naturally by Dr Sam Robbins

07:32
My favorite, clinically proven formula for naturally increasing your testosterone and sex drive: ►►http://drsam.co/yt/MoreTestosterone Or you can look at this complete A to Z video about testosterone: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_wAaxL3UMuY #testosterone, #erectiledysfunction =============================================== 4 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Your Testosterone Levels, Naturally =============================================== Healthy testosterone levels is important for optimal health, bone density, positive mood, sex drive, maximum muscle and strength, and also disease and cancer prevention for BOTH sexes. The good news is that many people, including doctors are aware of the numerous benefits of optimal testosterone levels. Unfortunately, many people are looking for a quick fix with “exogenous” (outside) testosterone -- such as injections, creams and pills. Unfortunately, when you add testosterone into your body, it has many negative side-effects if it’s not managed properly. It can actually cause the OPPOSITE effects over time. Doing it naturally is much better because you won’t have the negative effects and you’ll easily be able to maintain all the benefits long-term. Besides, even if you wanted to take exogenous testosterone (injections, creams, pills, etc.), utilizing today’s “natural” methods will only ENHANCE the positive effects and give you even more benefits. Diet What you eat, is just as important as what you DON’T eat. Food controls your hormones. PROTEIN About 25-35% of your protein source should be from fish, eggs and free range, grass fed bison/buffalo. All the other sources, even the “free range” chicken and cow/beef, still have lots of negative hormones -- despite what the government or “label” tells you. Make sure you also have WHOLE eggs daily because the cholesterol is needed to produce testosterone and other sex hormones. Just make sure it’s free range eggs. CARBS Have about 40-50% of your diet from healthy carbohydrates -- vegetables, fruits, lentils, yams, quinoa, and some white rice is fine in small amounts. FATS Make sure you have some healthy fats, about 25-30% of your diet. It helps produce many of your sex hormones, including testosterone. Most people eat the WRONG forms of fats, which can lower testosterone.13,14,15 Good fats are RAW coconut oil, macadamia oil, hemp oil, avocado, raw nuts/seeds and egg yolks. Exercise The RIGHT type of exercise can have dramatic effects on your hormones -- positive OR negative. Lifting heavy weights (6-10 repetitions) increases testosterone. You only need 3-4x weekly because too often will do the opposite because it’ll increase your stress hormone, Cortisol. Eliminate intense cardio such as running because it lowers testosterone and increases Cortisol, your stress hormone. Life-Style Lifestyle changes has to do more with stress management and rest. Sleep is very important. Most of us don’t get enough. So try to get to bed earlier. Squeeze in a little nap in the day as well if you can. This means negative thoughts, information, media … as well as negative people. You can’t eliminate it, but you can certainly REDUCE some of the negatives in your life. Supplements -- Natural Herbs & Vitamins Most of us are deficient in numerous herbs, vitamins and minerals. In fact, it’s estimated that we would need to eat at least 27,575 calories daily to get all the nutrients our bodies need. Because of this, I HIGHLY suggest you take specific herbs, vitamins and minerals to help boost your testosterone levels naturally, from within. Not only will your libido and sex drive increase, but you’ll feel younger, have more energy, increase your muscle mass and lose belly fat because of the naturally higher testosterone levels. And because this all happens naturally from WITHIN your own body, it’s safe for long-term use. Some of most effective and clinically proven herbal remedies boosting your testosterone are: Testofen® Fenugreek Extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum; 50% fenusides, 50% Saponins) Avena Sativa Extract (Oat Straw 100:1) Tongkat Ali Extract (Eurycoma Longifolia Jack 100:1) Maca Root (6% Extract) Bulgarian Pro-Tribulus™ Terrestris Extract (90% Sapongenins + 40% protodioscin) Stinging Nettle (95% Extract) (Urtica Dioica) L-Arginine Zinc + Copper Click here for a proven, 100% natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/MoreTestosterone Or you can watch other videos related to erectile dysfunction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_z5fqph5YU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGfazrFHi70 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eT8_UoaqTC4 ========= Thank you for watching. However, what’s really bad is that you’ll look and feel like “older”, go to the doctor, do a blood test and he’ll say “oh, it’s fine… you’re in the ‘normal’ range” and then off you go with no solution. The problem is that this “normal range” is very big: 250 ng/dL to 1100 ng/dL … If you fall anywhere in between, you’re considered “normal”. However, there’s a BIG difference between “normal” and OPTIMAL, right? It’s just like making money…. Maybe the normal yearly salary is $50K … But what if you could easily make $250K a year, simply by making some small changes in your lifestyle? And that’s what you’ll discover at the end of today’s video, just ONE small change and you can double or triple your your testosterone! And I’ll get to that in 2 minutes. However, I first want to reveal 7 warning signs that you have suboptimal and most likely, “low” testosterone. And I say “warning signs” because low testosterone … or “not optimal” testosterone levels as I like to call it, is directly linked to many disease and health alilments2: High cholesterol Diabetes Thyroid problems High blood pressure Depression Memory loss Prostate cancer Osteoporosis etc Simply stated, low testosterone is causing you to age faster. So I’m going to quickly list the top 7 signs that you have low testosterone and then one of my favorite, natural solutions. 1 -- Low Sex Drive / Libido One of the biggest signs is that you have low libido. This includes physical and/or emotional drive. So, don’t think it’s just limited to erectile dysfunction or a physical “urge”. 2 -- Depression of Feeling “Unmotivated” Like I said, your brain has testosterone receptors also and thus, low testosterone leads to a lack of drive in life, not just sex. You’re not as motivated, you’re more irritable and “grumpy”.5 3 -- Muscle Loss I’m sure you already know that testosterone plays a big role in muscle size. If you are exercising and not gaining muscle… or you’re slowly losing muscle each year, then you have low testosterone. 4 -- Increase Body Fat Low testosterone is also a big indicator of higher body fat, especially the unhealthy belly fat and “love handles”. 5 -- Fatigue Have you ever noticed that men typically require less sleep than women? Well, testosterone plays a big role here. And if your tired and need naps and can barely get through the day, let alone have the energy to exercise or do much of anything else - then you probably have low testosterone. 6 -- Memory Loss Again, remember that the brain has many receptors for “sex hormones” such as testosterone, cortisol, estrogen and other female hormones. However, what’s interesting is that your brain’s memory centers are loaded with testosterone receptors.4 7 -- Accelerated Aging (hair loss, wrinkles, etc.) Have you ever noticed how some “older” men just look younger than someone their same age -- better skin, more head hair and so forth? This is because testosterone is a “youth” hormone and it plays a very important role in skin and hair production. Most people erroneously believe that hair loss is due to having “high” testosterone -- however, the opposite is true -- it’s from low testosterone. IF “high” testosterone was the reason, then all the teenagers and guys in their 20’s would be bald, but that’s obviously NOT the case, right? Testosterone also improves skin collagen and elasticity, joint health and prostate size. So if you’re starting to look older than your age, time to increase your testosterone. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. In order to stay healthy, and have not just a stronger erection, but have a healthier life, you need to pay a lot of attention to your diet. Here are some foods you can add to your diet to improve your erection. 1. Garlic Garlic is proven to be a superfood. Garlic triggers the body to produce nitric oxide, which is a molecule that widens arteries and improve blood flow. It can also increase testosterone levels in the body, which is a necessary hormone for libido and erectile quality. It has been also shown that garlic reduces and helps balance the blood pressure, needless to say, that this food is really good for erectile quality. And as we said, more nitric oxide means increased blood flow which leads to better muscle pumps. For this reason, beets are one of the best foods that improve erectile function. 3. Dark Chocolate And I'm not talking about the sugary low cacao unhealthy chocolate. Also, it protects testosterone molecules and boosts them. It's definitely a super food when it comes to improving your erection. 5. Pomegranate This fruit is definitely the natural viagra, It's the best food to improve erection strength and testosterone levels. Consumption of pomegranate juice is associated with a reduction in arterial plaque, increased nitric oxide levels and drops in blood pressure, and reduction in the bad LDL which is the bad cholesterol. A study has shown that consumption of this fruit increased testosterone levels by 24%. Lifting heavy weights and performing multi joints movements is a great way to increase your testosterone levels. The best three compound movements that help you achieve that and give you that masculine body and state of mind are. 1. The bench press 2. Deadlifts 3. Why Does Testosterone Decrease | The Truth About How to Boost Testosterone- Thomas DeLauer

How Testosterone Declines in Men (Physiologically, HPTA Axis, etc) HPTA = Hypothalamic Pituitary Gonadal Axis This axis produces circulating steroids important for male sexual function, fertility and development. Prostate and penis are steroid sensitive organs impacted by the regulation of the HPTA. This reproductive axis consists of three parts: 1. Hypothalamus -Produces GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone) 2. Pituitary Gland -GnRH is sent to the pituitary gland where it stimulates the synthesis and release of gonadotropic hormones LH and FSH. 3. Testis -Gonads carry LH to the testis where they stimulate testosterone production through the testicular Leydig cells -Testosterone is produced by conversion of cholesterol -FSH is crucial for spermatogenesis Dihydrotestosterone (DHT) is the activated form of testosterone. 2% of testosterone is free or unbound, with the remainder being bound to SHBG (sex hormone-binding globulin), albumin- and cortisol-binding globulin. Bioavailable testosterone is the testosterone that is not bound to SHBG. Testosterone and DHT act on organs. -Causes development of secondary sexual characteristics -Inhibit secretion of LH and FSH by the pituitary gland, thus stops further testosterone production = negative feedback loop. -There exist androgen receptors in the pituitary and the hypothalamic neurons that bind to testosterone and signal to stop GnRH release Homeostasis is maintained through this loop - once testosterone stops being produced, this inhibited secretion stops and GnRH again causes LH and FSH release to produce further testosterone. As men age, they undergo hormonal level changes: -Testosterone decrease -LH and FSH increase -Other hormones that decrease: T3, insulin, growth hormone/insulin-like growth factor 1, thyroid stimulating hormone -Also an increase in SHBG -Dihydrotestosterone levels are unchanged -Estrogen levels unchanged As men age, the decrease in testosterone paired with the increase in SHBG leads to a decline in free, or bioavailable, testosterone. These hormonal changes start in the 30s and are well established by the 50s. Levels of testosterone vary greatly between men and not all men will be classified as hypogonadal as they age. What causes these hormone changes? 1. Testicular failure due to a decline in Leydig cell mass 2. Hypothalamic-pituitary system, or secondary hypogonadism failure -Believed not to be due to primary hypogonadism (disease of the testes) due to small increase in LH and decrease in responsiveness of LH and FSH to GnRH 3. Change in androgen receptor site sensitivity One can distinguish between those with pituitary disorders or hypothalamic disease by administering GnRH. Those with pituitary disorders will not respond by producing more LH and FSH whereas those with hypothalamic disorders will respond with increased LH and FSH. Numerous studies have shown a positive impact of healthy, dietary fat intake on testosterone levels in men. Cholesterol is tied to the production of sex hormones. Testosterone is created in the Leydig cells when LH triggers the cells to convert cholesterol into testosterone. Cholesterol is the precursor to pregnenolone, which is the precursor of steroid hormones. Pregnenolone is the precursor of progesterone, which is then converted into testosterone (progesterone is also converted into cortisol and aldosterone.) Consume: fatty fish, olive oil, nuts and avocados. References: 1. How to instantly increases testosterone, naturally - without side-effects: 👉http://drsam.co/yt/More-Testosterone How to lower high cholesterol, naturally - no drugs: 👉 http://drsam.co/yt/Lower-Cholesterol Or watch this proven natural alternative to Viagra: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=297yrrlyT4Q Refferences: 1. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22037012 2. http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/0026049565900028 3. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23021013 4. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/8120521 =============================================== 💪The Most Powerful Testosterone Boosting Food - Clinically Proven =============================================== So a little while ago I did a video about the “4 Clinically Proven Ways To Increase Your Testosterone Levels, Naturally!” In fact, when I don’t eat this one food for a few days, I notice that my morning erections are less and sometimes, they don’t even happen Emotionally, I’m not as happy or as driven in life I also notice I’m not as muscular AND, even my memory isn’t as good. It’s all minor initially …. but over time, it becomes more noticeable because the minute I add this ONE food back into my diet - it’s like WOW… My morning erections and sex drive is super powerful again … especially when I add in some specific herbs, vitamins and supplements… which I’ll tell you about in a minute. And today you’ll discover exactly What this one food is What’s the best kind to buy How to prepare it correctly How much to eat When it’s the best time to eat it. And all of this will only cost you about a dollar or two a day! Okay, so without any further delay - this super, testosterone-boosting food is: WHOLE EGGS! And yes, I said whole eggs, with the yolk! Egg whites are for losers. Nature made the perfect protein because the egg contains all the essential amino acids - half are in the white and the other have in the yolk. THAT’S why you need to have the entire egg. However, it’s not the “protein” that’s important for increasing your testosterone - it’s the CHOLESTEROL found in the yolk! And no, this doesn’t mean you should then have only the yolks - you need the entire egg. And before I tell you why the cholesterol is so important for testosterone production - I want to first stop and tell anyone listening who is thinking “wait a minute, isn’t this going to raise my cholesterol? Isn’t cholesterol bad for your health?” The answer is that yes, eggs do raise cholesterol - but it’s the good, HDL cholesterol!1,2 So, that’s the first myth that I want to expose. The second is that “high” blood cholesterol is not due to the cholesterol you eat from your diet. This is because 80% of cholesterol is made INTERNALLY, by your liver.1,2 Unfortunately, as we age, as you liver becomes weaker and you have negative changes in your hormones due to aging, your body and liver isn’t as efficient for getting rid of excess cholesterol and that’s why there’s an increase. Remember, cholesterol is good for your health. EVERY cell in your body requires cholesterol to function properly. And, this is especially important for testosterone production. This is also why taking cholesterol lowering “statin” drugs causes lowered libido Muscle loss and weakness Depression Memory loss And other health ailments such as diabetes, high blood pressure, alzheimer's, etc. So if you do have high cholesterol - eating eggs isn’t the problem WHEN it’s done correctly and that’s what I’ll tell you in a minute. However, in the description area below this video, I have a link for a simple and 20 year proven solution for lowering high cholesterol naturally - without drugs or even a change in your diet. But you can get that info at the end of this video. Eggs and Testosterone Levels Okay, so getting back to why eggs and cholesterol is so important for testosterone production. First, cholesterol has a similar 4-ring structure to testosterone. And, testosterone is also produced from cholesterol. And the best time have eggs is before bed because most of your testosterone is produced during sleep. So your body will now have enough “fuel” from the cholesterol from the eggs, to maximize production of testosterone while you’re sleeping -- assuming all of your hormones are functioning correctly. The best kind of eggs to have are “pastured” eggs… You want to have about 2-3 eggs a day, again before bed would be the best time. I have 4 or more eggs myself. Do the eggs at night and take specific “testosterone boosting herbs” in the morning and you’ll be set. ======================================== ======================================== Thank you for watching. 🤷🏼‍♂️ #1 Exercise For Preventing Erectile Dysfunction & Improving Your Performance In The Bedroom

05:10
My favorite, clinically proven formula for improving ED, boosting testosterone and sex drive: 🤜 http://drsam.co/yt/BeHarderLonger You can also watch this video about the best vitamin to improve testosterone after exercising: 🤜 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpCYSo8waNg #erection #erectiledysfunction ======================================= 🤷🏼‍♂️ Kegel - #1 Exercise For Preventing Erectile Dysfunction & Improving Your Performance In The Bedroom ======================================= Today I’m going to reveal the #1 exercise for preventing erectile dysfunction and improving your “performance” in the bedroom. This simple exercise will also help avoid the embarrasing “premature ejeculation”, allowing you to statisfy your parter, better and long than ever before. If you’ve been following my work and watching my videos, you would know that certain exercises can either increase or decrease your libido, erection strength, hardness and even size, because of hormonal changes. If you didn’t already know, testosterone is the primary hormone that increases your libido, sex drive and “muscle size”. Unfortunately, this hormone starts to decrease around the age of 25. However, certain exercises can increase your decrease your testosterone. For example, doing too much cardiovascular exercise - like running, jogging, etc. can decrease your testosterone because of the increase in your stress hormone, cortisol. TWO things you do NOT want to do. One of the best forms of exercise for increasing your testosterone is lifting weights. However, too much of that isn’t good either. About 3-4x weekly, no more than an hour is just the right amount to increase your testosterone and help improve your libido and sex drive. The Non-Exercise, Exercise However, today I’m NOT going to discuss anything about lifting weights, cardio, etc. I’ve done that in the past. What I want to talk about is a very simple “non-exercise”, exercise... that you can do RIGHT NOW, while watching this video and that’s called, the Kegel Exercise. I call this the “non-exercise” exercise because it requires no gym, equipment or even real movement. Now, some of you may have heard of this. Unfortunately most do it incorrectly. Kegel exercises are done to strengthen the perineal muscles. To “flex” this muscle, it’s very simple. One way to describe how to do it is, by contracting your anus muscle, as if you’re trying to hold in gas. Go ahead and give it a try now... Another way to do it is stop peeing midway through. Thus, as you’re peeing, “contract the muscle” that will STOP the pee, midway through. That’s it - that’s a kegel exercise. Super simple, but extremely effective. You can literally do it anywhere, anytime and nobody would know. Sets & Reps You should do kegel’s about 3x a week to start with. Over time, slowly build up to 5x weekly. Just don’t do it every single day because like any muscle, it requires rest to gain strength. Contract the muscle (holding in gas or stop peeing) and hold for 3-5 seconds. Relax for 1-2 seconds. That’s ONE repetition Do this 10 of these, for 10 repetitions. That’s ONE set Do one set of 10 repetitions, 3x weekly. Then maybe the next week do 2 sets of 10 reps and work up to 3 sets of 10 reps, 3x weekly. You can do it all at once, or break it up 2-3x daily. Nothing it set in stone. What matters is consistency, persistence and patience. Benefits There lots of benefits when this muscle is strong Stronger, full erections Last longer, more stamina and the prevention of premature ejeculation. Stronger orgasms. Healthier prostate. Improvement for those who have overactive bladder or urinary incontinence. How To Improve Results Of course, doing the right exercises is a great start. However, the bottom line is that you need to have optimal levels of your anti-aging, “pro-sexual” hormones such as total and free testosterone levels. And if you’re over the 30, then I can guarantee that your “youth” hormones just aren’t where they used to be and are going lower and lower each year. Because of this, I’ve got a special link below, to a bonus video about how you can dramatically improve your testosterone levels and fix erectile problems in a few short days or weeks. ======================================== Thank you for watching. 7 Health Benefits Of Zinc For Men: Science Explained, What I've Learned

06:31
Today I'm going to be discussing some of the major health benefits of zinc consumption for men. What I've learned about zinc is that it is essential for many different bodily functions, and when you're zinc deficient you start to run into health issues, especially hormonal health issues. In another video I did signs of zinc deficiency symptoms, but in this video we're going to discuss the benefits of not being zinc deficient. Zinc Benefits for Men Explained: 1. Zinc works for muscle growth and hair growth. Zinc helps with testosterone production, growth hormone, and IGF 1 2. Zinc is good for your liver. Zinc supplementation is correlated with lower levels of liver damage, and increased nutrient absorption 3. Helps with digestion. Zinc is going to effect protein synthesis and is required by the body to help digest protein and carbohydrates, and in the conversion process that cascades from there. One of the main symptoms of zinc deficiency is gut issues. 4. Zinc benefits your fertility health and works for testosterone production. It's been shown in men that zinc deficiency is correlated with a significant lower testosterone level in men. 5. Helps to improve insulin resistance in diabetics. One of the most common deficiencies in Type 2 diabetics is zinc. Zinc helps your pancreas. 6. Zinc benefits your hormonal health. It is a testosterone-boosting supplement. 7. Zinc helps immune function and has been traditionally sold as a cold-fighting natural remedy. Zinc has the ability to exert an anti-viral effect in humans. ▌The #1 Type of Food For Increasing Your Libido, Sex Drive & Testosterone Levels▐

06:15
A simple, yet scientifically proven way of boosting your testosterone and increasing your sex drive naturally... ►►► http://drsam.co/yt/BoostYourTestosteroneNaturally =============================================== The #1 Type of Food For Increasing Your Libido, Sex Drive & Testosterone Levels =============================================== Today I’m going to simplify the topic of increasing your “sex drive & libido”. I’m going to clarify all the silly misunderstandings about this important subject. I would say that 95% of the information you hear about this topic -- online, articles, blogs, youtube and so forth --- it's ALL WRONG! These so called ‘experts’ list foods such as “special” fruits or vegetables that have lots of good vitamins. Or spicy foods or alcohol because they may increase your blood flow. Or beans or meat because they have healthy protein. Or whole grains because they have fiber and help with weight loss. It’s a lot of “stuff” that *may* help a LITTLE… but they NEVER address the REAL problem and CAUSE of low libido, which is a HORMONAL IMBALANCE! That’s it! If your sex drive and libido isn’t where you’d like it to be or where it used to be. If you have a hard time getting or maintaining an erection. If you’re just not “driven” -- mentally, physically or emotionally -- when it comes to sex or just life in general. Then the problem is hormonal imbalance which typically means: LESS “pro-sexual” hormones - such as testosterone. MORE “anti-sexual” hormones - such as estrogen, prolactin and cortisol So let’s increase the good and decrease the bad. EAT FAT! The best type of food that increases testosterone is FAT and more specifically, saturated fats and cholesterol. Now, you might be freaking out and think “okay Dr. Sam -- you’re insane!!! My cholesterol is going to go through the roof and I’m going to have a heart attack!” Nope, not true. First of all, over 80% of the cholesterol found in your blood and arteries is NOT from foods you eat -- but produced from your LIVER! (1) Cholesterol and saturated fats help produce most of your sex hormones - especially testosterone. Cholesterol helps lower your stress hormone, cortisol -- which does the OPPOSITE of testosterone. In fact, without cholesterol you’d die eventually. And for those of you are are really concerned about having high cholesterol -- the PRIMARY cause of high cholesterol is AGING and the change in your hormones!!! This is why the older you get, the worse your cholesterol levels. This is why women who go through menopause start having high cholesterol. Again, it all comes down to a hormonal imbalance!!! What MATTERS is WHERE you get your fats. Don’t go fry up some bacon and think this is healthy. Most animal and dairy fats are the problem. Heating oils, processed vegetable fats, hydrogenated and trans fats are the problem. Instead, have HEALTHY fats. Have free range eggs WITH the yolk. The BEST way to eat eggs are RAW --- but if you can’t do that, at least keep the yolk runny and soft, which will increase your “good” HDL cholesterol.(2) If you want to have some free range, grass fed meat or bison/buffalo 2-3x a week, that’s fine too. Grass fed red meat has higher levels of CLA fats, which boost testosterone, reduce cortisol, are anti-inflammatory and help reduce many forms of cancer (4) Other than that, I would stay away from most other meats because they’re processed and full of negative hormones such as ESTROGEN, which will LOWER your testosterone and libido. Lastly, have some HEALTHY saturated fats and one of the best is raw, extra virgin coconut oil. Not only does raw coconut oil improve your testosterone and fat-burning hormones, it also helps increase blood flow and circulation -- both of which are important for your sex drive and erections.(3) Click here for a proven, 100% natural solution: ►http://drsam.co/yt/BoostYourTestosteroneNaturally Or you can watch other videos related to erectile dysfunction: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_z5fqph5YU https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fGfazrFHi70 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eT8_UoaqTC4 (1) http://www.disabled-world.com/artman/publish/body-cholesterol.shtml (2) http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2009/03/10/the-sunny-side-of-eggs.aspx (3) Journal of the American College of Cardiology, 2006; 48(4): 715-720, "Consumption of Saturated Fat Impairs the Anti-Inflammatory Properties of High-Density Lipoproteins and Endothelial Function" (4) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC201014/ ========= Thank you for watching. What are normal testosterone levels for a healthy man?

What are Optimal Free Testosterone Levels? EpigenX Integrated Medicine www.eimc.com.au T +61 3 8888 0444 The number of men who suffer testosterone deficiency is so high that laboratory reference ranges accept ridiculously low levels as “normal.” We suggest that men maintain their free testosterone in the range of 20 to 25 pg/mL of blood.98 Conventional blood labs, on the other hand, say aging men are alright with as little as 6.6 pg/mL of free testosterone in their blood—an absurdly low level! (THAT IS WHAT THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT HAS DECIDED BECAUSE OF APPALLING ADVICE FROM IGNORANT UNEDUCATED EXPERTS!!!) Mainstream medicine’s ignorance regarding the need to maintain free testosterone in the higher ranges is a significant cause of premature disability and death in aging men.. Free testosterone is the biologically active form of this hormone measured in the blood. When looking at total testosterone blood levels, one should strive for a moderately youthful range of 700-900 ng/dL, though conventional reference ranges state that levels as low as 193 ng/dL are sufficient, a range that is woefully inadequate. #testosterone Level #Optimal Testosterone #healthy testosterone levels #measuring Testosterone #testosterone Australia #testosterone Doctor Melbourne #testosterone controversy #peptides #testosterone cream melbourne #Testosterone Decline and Aging www.eimc.com.au EpigenX Integrated Medicine Level 1, Vogue Plaza 670 Chapel Street, Vic 3141 Australia T +61 3 8888 0444 F +61 3 9827 7441 http://www.eimc.com.au/blog/2015/5/15/the-testosterone-controversy

3 Foods that Lower SHBG & Help Burn Fat

07:16
Use Fasting To Burn Body Fat & Get In Shape: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH3uh Click Here to Check Out & Subscribe to Thomas' Channel: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid 3 Foods that Lower SHBG to Unlock Free Testosterone Zinc Truly free testosterone is built steadily using herbs and nutrients, one of which is zinc. Having a zinc deficiency can lead to low testosterone - low levels of zinc are associated with lower levels of testosterone as low zinc leads to an increase in estrogen receptors and a decrease in androgen receptors Zinc is also necessary for the conversion of androstenedione to testosterone and low levels may also increase the aromatization of T to estrogen However, zinc also has an effect on SHBG: In addition to binding sex steroids, SHBG has specific binding sites for divalent cations including calcium and zinc Zinc binding to a site at the entrance of the steroid-binding pocket in human SHBG has been shown to reduce its affinity for estrogens, while having no impact on the binding of C19 steroids *C19-steroids are androgen receptor modulators https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12943704 Study - Vitamin D and Testosterone A study from The European Journal of Endocrinology looked at vitamin D and its effect on hormone levels - European population of 3051 men aged 40 to 79 Researchers found that men with vitamin D deficiency had significantly lower levels of free testosterone and higher levels of oestradiol - also had a higher BMI, had poorer physical function, and were more depressed - also had higher rates of cardiovascular disease Conversely, the men with the highest levels of vitamin D had the highest T levels, better body composition, and better overall health *vitamin D levels improve hormone production due to there being vitamin D receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary glands which produce hormones and help promote metabolic and sexual health - males have D receptors in the testis* Another study, published in the journal Hormone and Metabolic Research, researchers found that 3332 IU’s of vitamin D3 was enough to significantly reduce sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG) count Boron Increased levels of sex steroids have been demonstrated in both men and women after boron supplementation. Boron is a rare trace-mineral that is vital for various functions in the human body. It originates from space matter like meteoroids, and can be found in small amounts in the earth’s soil. Boron has been proven to be an important trace mineral because it is essential for the growth and maintenance of bone; greatly improves wound healing; beneficially impacts the body’s use of estrogen, testosterone, and vitamin D; boosts magnesium absorption; reduces levels of inflammatory biomarkers. Study One study, in Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology, found that otherwise healthy men noted that acute supplementation of Boron, over the period of 6 hours trended to increase free testosterone (+14.7%) and DHT (+9.9%). Eight healthy male volunteers attended the laboratory on three occasions (days 0, 1 and 7). On the first day (day 0), a blood sample collection at 8.00 A.M was followed by ingestion of placebo with the breakfast. On the next day (supplementation-day 1), similar procedure was followed by ingestion of a capsule containing 10mg of boron. On both occasions blood was collected every 2h for the next 6h. Subjects were requested to consume a capsule of 10mg boron every day with their breakfast, and on the day 7, the blood collection was carried out at 8.00 A.M, again. Boron in plasma increased significantly following hours and weekly consumption. Six hours supplementation showed a significant decrease on sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), high sensitive CRP (hsCRP) and TNF-α level. After one week (in samples taken at 8.00 A.M, only), the mean plasma free testosterone increased and the mean plasma estradiol decreased significantly. Dihydrotestosterone, cortisol and vitamin D was elevated. Also, concentrations of all three inflammatory biomarkers decreased after supplementation. After 7 days of supplementation, the increase in free testosterone (28.3%) Simple Summation: A study published in the Journal of Trace Elements in Medicine and Biology had 8 healthy male volunteers supplement with 11.6 mg of boron taken daily for a week It increased free testosterone levels by 28% and SHBG count in serum also decreased significantly which probably explains the increase in free T (SHBG decreased after only 6 hours of supplementation) - estrogen levels dropped by 39% Also elevated levels of vitamin D https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21129941 As always, keep it locked in on the channel, and don't forget to: "Like" "Share" & "Subscribe" to SixPackAbs.com I'll see you next time, -Thomas Achieve The Body You Deserve: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH3uh P.S. Testosterone: 3 Ways to Balance Hormones- Thomas DeLauer

06:41
Testosterone: 3 Ways to Balance Hormones- Thomas DeLauer… Get more nutrition advice at http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com I want to focus on my three favorite compounds; Triulus, Maca and DIM. Tribulus is known as that testosterone booster, but it's so much more than that. Tribulus is derived from an ancient Chinese, and Indian, and Greek herb. It's been used for centuries. It's been used for a long period of time, not to necessarily help boost testosterone, but to help balance out hormones in general. First is Tribulus: Now, where tribulus essentially gets its powerful effect is from something called protodioscin, which is an active component in the tribulus. What this protodioscin does is it helps out our bioavailable free testosterone levels. It helps separate some of the molecules that allow this testosterone to be usable. Then, again, we have to look at the fact that tribulus by itself isn't always great because it can skew some of your hormones and put things out of balance. Next is Maca: What exactly does maca do? You see, maca is known as a hormone modulator. It doesn't necessarily increase any one specific hormone, but it works across all endocrine glands. That means it can help you with your adrenal function. It's going to help you with your thyroid function. It's going to help you with testosterone function, and it can help modulate estrogen as well, so it's doing a lot of things across the board. Maca balances our hormones by working on something called the HPTA, the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis. It works on brain signaling. Our brain is signaling different endocrine hormones. Rather than taking a specific compound that's working directly on one hormone, maca is working on modulating the brain signals. This allows our body to have that natural skewing of hormones that needs to happen based on activity, based on mood, whatever the case may be. The next compound I want to talk about is DIM: What exactly is DIM? When you look at the cruciferous vegetable, things like broccoli, things like cauliflower, things like bok choy, Swiss chard, anything that's cruciferous, they contain something called indole-3-carbinol. Now, what that IC3 is is basically an expanded version of DIM. There are small amounts of that diindolylmethane within IC3, but the amount of cruciferous vegetables that you would have to eat in order to elicit a positive response like you would get from just taking a DIM supplement is astronomical. You'd have to take a ton. When we look at DIM, it's basically a very concentrated form of the estrogen modulators that you get out of cruciferous vegetables. Let's talk about estrogen for just two seconds. We've got two different kinds of estrogen. We've got 2 hydroxy estrogen and we've got 16 hydroxy estrogen. We want to control the 16 hydroxy estrogen. That's the estrogen that is negative. That's the estrogen that helps you store fat. That's the estrogen that converts that aromatase enzyme, converts testosterone into more fat and more negative properties of estradiol. We want to control that one. The nice thing about DIM is it actually supports the good estrogen, the 2 hydroxy estrogen, and it helps kill off and crush the 16 hydroxy estrogen. What this does is it gets rid of the extra estrogen floating in the bloodstream that would normally be bound to testosterone. Consequently, you free up some of the testosterone so you kill two birds with one stone, not only do you eliminate the water retention, the bloating and potential fat gain from 16 hydroxy estrogen, but you also release some of the free testosterone that can allow you to get those male optimization benefits that you really want, the benefits that are going to help you feel better in the gym, the benefits that are going to help you make better decisions in the kitchen, the benefits that are going to help you in the bedroom, the things that a lot of us guys are always concerned with. Estrogen: How to Balance Hormones with Proper Food & Vitamins- Thomas DeLauer

08:14
Estrogen: How to Balance Hormones with Proper Food & Vitamins- Thomas DeLauer How do we balance estrogen and testosterone in our bodies and how do we know which estrogens are good or bad? You can check out more at http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com Estrogens are a group of hormones present in both women and men. Functions include: Puberty changes in women Fertility Plays a role in controlling cholesterol levels Helps bone health Affects the brain, including mood Also affects the heart, skin and other body tissues Affects heart and blood vessels In males, the maturation of sperm and labido maintenance Estrogen is produced by the ovaries, fat tissue, testis and adrenal glands. There are three kinds of estrogen: Estradiol - the primary kind of estrogen found in women during their fertile years Primarily produced in the ovaries, but also the placenta and adrenal glands Excess estradiol is implicated in many diseases, such as cancers and fibroids Found in both women and men Estriol - the estrogen associated with pregnancy A waste product of estrogen metabolism Estrone - the estrogen produced postmenopause Produced in tissues throughout the body, mainly fat and muscle tissues Known as the weakest form of estrogen Found in both women and men Estrogen levels change: Throughout the month when fertile, with peak estrogen in the middle of a woman’s menstrual cycle, signalling ovulation, and the lowest levels while bleeding. Estrogen levels drop after menopause. Problems can arise when your body produces too much or too little estrogen Too little - symptoms: Women Irregular periods Mood swings Loss of sexual desire Trouble sleeping Hot flashes Headaches Men Excess adipose tissue around the midsection Low sexual desire Too little causes: Anorexia Extreme exercise Medications Hypogonadism Post-childbirth Too much - symptoms: Women Irregular periods Weight gain Fatigue Low sex drive Depression and anxiety More intense premenstrual pain Cysts Men Erectile dysfunction Female characteristics, such as breasts Prostate enlargement and cancer Low sex drive Depression Fatigue Weight gain Too much causes: Obesity Puberty Diabetes Pregnancy High blood pressure Ovarian or adrenal gland tumors Medications When estrogen is broken down through aerobic metabolism, it can be broken into “good” or “bad” estrogen metabolites. The good metabolites, 2-hydroxyestrone (2-OHE), are estrogen antagonists. They have high antioxidant activity, providing protection for the heart and brain. The bad metabolites, 16-hydroxyestrone (16-OHE), are estrogen agonists. They have been implicated in causing cancer and weight gain. Therapies that increase the 2-OHE:16-OHE ratio are thought to decrease the risk for a number of estrogen-responsive cancers. Natural compounds found in food have been founds to be antiestrogenic and thus are being further explored to discover how to capture these benefits for possible cancer prevention and treatment. DIM (Diindolylmethane) DIM is a stable compound derived from the plant indole I3C (indole-3-carbinol) found in cruciferous vegetables. Dietary indoles found in cruciferous veggies such as broccoli and cabbage, have been found to exhibit chemoprotective and chemotherapeutic properties against many cancers. Its benefit has to do with hormone balancing. I3C has been found to decrease estrogen signaling and alter estrogen metabolism, leading to a reduced production of “bad” estrogen metabolites. DIM consumption has been linked to an increase in the production of the “good” estrogen metabolites and thus a resulting decrease in the production of the “bad” estrogen metabolites. -Increases the 2-OHE:16-OHE ratio One study on women with thyroid proliferative disease (TPD) found that supplemental DIM enhanced estrogen metabolism in such a way as to act as a dietary antiestrogenic supplement and in this way may decrease the likelihood of women to develop TPD. DIM has other hormone balancing properties and can contribute to more balanced hormones. -This more beneficial hormone balance can lead to a healthier metabolism The hormonal balance influence of DIM also positively impacts testosterone. For men, this estrogen metabolism has the added benefit of freeing up testosterone in the body. Free testosterone is important for mood, energy and labido. References: 1. How Testosterone Affects Fat Loss: Real Science of Low-T | Thomas DeLauer

06:32
How Testosterone Affects Fat Loss: Real Science of Low-T | Thomas DeLauer: I'm sick of the lack of legitimacy behind testosterone, so let's clear some of this up. I work with a lot of men that are battling Low-T by helping them with their lifestyle at http://www.ThomasDeLauer.com As men age, their testosterone levels decline. This is exacerbated by an increase in SHBG (sex-hormone binding globulin), which binds to testosterone and thus reduces the amount of free testosterone in the body. Low testosterone levels have been linked to obesity and many other health problems, including fatigue, memory problems and reduced muscle and bone mass. So what is the impact of testosterone on body fat? Testosterone and energy - low levels of testosterone are linked with low energy levels. Regaining regular testosterone levels can increase energy and lead to weight loss. Studies have found that testosterone supplementation reduces total body fat percentages. Obesity is often correlated with low testosterone levels in men. Just as testosterone therapy is associated with decreased obesity, losing weight is associated with increased testosterone levels. An article published in 2014 in the journal of Current Opinion in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Obesity looked at the existing data regarding testosterone therapy in overweight and obese men with testosterone deficiency (hypogonadism). -Many weight loss supplements have dangerous side effects or are ineffective -Looked at weight loss, BMI, waist circumference and body composition -Evaluated long-term testosterone therapy -About 40% of obese nondiabetic men and 50% of obese diabetic men over 45 have low levels of free testosterone -Many studies have found that testosterone therapy in obese men is correlated with increased lean body mass, weight loss, decreased BMI and reduced waist circumference. -Weight loss is significant and sustained with long-term testosterone therapy Testosterone plays a part in protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism. -Testosterone is involved with mitochondrial function and thus energy production and utilization -This interference with energy production is likely why those with low testosterone levels experience a lack of energy -Testosterone therapy has been found to increase lipid oxidation and normalize glucose use in the body. It was found to increase energy and motivation. Weight gain is associated with an 88% increase in body fat and a 12% increase in lean body mass (LBM) and weight loss with a 72% decrease in body fat and a 28% decrease in LBM. -With testosterone therapy LBM has been shown to increase. -Increased LBM means increased energy expenditure at rest -Testosterone therapy is also associated with improved cardiometabolic function Testosterone deficiency is linked with a decrease in energy metabolism from fat and an increase in energy metabolism from glucose. -Testosterone therapy has been shown to increase lipid metabolism Safety? Safety is the main concern with testosterone replacement therapy. Possible risks discussed in literature include: -Increased risk of prostate and breast cancer -Liver toxicity and tumors -Sleep apnea exacerbation -Testicular infertility and atrophy It is necessary to talk with your doctor before starting testosterone therapy. Summary: If you are a male struggling to lose weight, testosterone therapy is a promising treatment to help with not only weight loss but body composition, energy levels and overall health. 3 Natural Testosterone Booster Results + Research (Explained by Doc)

Inside this video and my associated article, I’ll explain which natural testosterone booster supplements will give you the best results. *Vitamins & Minerals Vitamin D3 – This vitamin is known as the ‘sunshine vitamin’ as it is predominantly produced when we have good exposure to sunlight. Due to most of us living in areas that do not get the correct exposure, vitamin D3 deficiency is extraordinarily high. Vitamin D deficiency causes a reduction in testosterone, so supplementing will help sustain good levels of T. Zinc – A Zinc deficiency is also a chronic issue, especially among men, which leads to a lowering of testosterone levels. Supplementing with 30mg of Zinc each day will help you increase your levels of testosterone back to a good level. There are some natural testosterone booster foods that contain Zinc, like green leaves, nuts, and seeds. Magnesium – Probably not surprisingly, Magnesium is another mineral that many of us are deficient in, causing low testosterone levels in men. Simply taking 200-400mg of Magnesium, often taken together with Zinc (ZMA supplements) in the evening can help bring your magnesium and testosterone levels back up to normal. Testosterone boosting foods that contain magnesium include quinoa, spinach, and seeds. Creatine Monohydrate – Creatine Monohydrate helps to get natural testosterone booster results by creating more energy within your body, so you’re able to have higher intensity workouts. You’ll be able to lift heavier for longer, which will have a natural effect on increasing your testosterone levels. *Hormones DHEA – This great little hormone, named Dehydroepiandosterone, is naturally produced within your body and is a precursor to natural testosterone production. As natural DHEA levels decline as you age, so testosterone does too. Managing your DHEA levels through supplementation will have the effect of raising testosterone to normal levels too. Testosterone (TRT) – THIS SHOULD BE YOUR LAST RESORT AND ONLY TAKEN WITH MEDICAL SUPERVISION. Testosterone replacement is actually supplementing with the testosterone hormone itself, so will 100% increase your testosterone level. HOWEVER, it will decrease your natural production of testosterone, so will be a long-term solution. *Herbs – Only research backed to increase libido, not necessarily testosterone Maca Root – 1500-3000mg of this libido enhancing herb will be enough to have a positive ‘hormone balancing’ effect, as well as a possible increase in sperm production along with other health benefits. It is not research proven to have an effect on testosterone levels. Tribulus Terrestris – Although this herb is a common addition to many ‘testosterone boosters’ on the market today, it has no research to back up the claim that it does increase testosterone levels. It is, however, an effective libido enhancer. Tongkat Ali – In a similar vein, this herb is also not research backed to increase testosterone levels. It is another well-researched aphrodisiac and libido enhancer that can have a great effect on sperm production, erectile function and delaying PE. Fenugreek – This is another unqualified natural testosterone booster herb, just like the rest on this list. It is, again, a libido enhancer that stacks well with the other herbs to get a good effect. More research is needed to determine if it can be classed as a testosterone booster. Your friends here at the FFP, -Dr. Balduzzi + The Men's Health Experts @ The Fit Father Project P.S. Mint and Testosterone: Do Not Eat This Herb...

Download the free 30 Man Foods Grocery List here - https://blog.umzu.com/health/testosterone/m-30-testosterone-boosting-foods/ Mint and Testosterone: The Negative effects of mint on androgens Do you eat mint in some way, shape, or form? If so, you’re definitely going to want to watch to the end of this video… especially if you’re a man. But women too - pay close attention, because I’ve never heard anyone give the advice I am about to give in the next few minutes. Mint is everywhere. It’s in our chewing gum, our teas, our desserts, toothpaste, mouthwash, and even soaps. It tastes great, and I personally used to consume it in some form, every single day… Until I ran across some shocking research I’m going to share with you today regarding its extremely drastic negative effects on human hormones. Mint is a common aromatic herb used to flavor a wide range of consumer products, as well as popular cocktails, juices, and personal care items. It’s also extremely popular when consumed as a tea, especially in European and Middle Eastern cultures where the plant species is native. When I first saw this study in the Journal Urology I was a bit surprised, mostly because I’ve never heard anything specifically bad about mint in the mainstream… for example, if you Google ‘mint tea’ you will just find a massive list of me-too articles talking about how good it is for you. However, if you know me… I don’t trust mainstream advice, especially not at face value. The doctors in the study claim to have pursued the topic of the influence of several different types of mint tea on male androgen levels due solely to the fact that they were hearing persistent complaints of patients about loss of sexual and reproductive function when drinking these teas regularly. They went into the study with no real agenda, just curiosity. http://www.goldjournal.net/article/S0090-4295(04)00418-2/fulltext What they found was very interesting. In testing 48 male wistar rats (it’s too bad they didn’t test humans) they split the subjects into four groups of 12. The control group was given regular drinking water, one group was given 20 g/L peppermint tea, another 20 g/L spearmint tea, and the last group 40 g/L spearmint tea. When compared to the control group, the peppermint tea at 20 g/L reduced total testosterone levels by 23%, whereas the spearmint tea at 20 g/L reduced total T by a whopping 51%. The researchers concluded in the closing remarks… “Despite the beneficial effects of M. piperita and M. spicata in digestion, we should also be aware of the toxic effects when the herbs are not used in the recommended fashion or at the recommended dose.” Another study replicated similar anti-androgenic results just a few years later. Demonstrating how mint induces oxidative stress on the hypothalamus, thus leading to downstream depression of testosterone production. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18804513 I’m not sure why nobody has studied this in human men yet (probably because there is no money in it), but there have been a couple studies in women with hirsutism (ie. high testosterone causing masculine features) demonstrating similar anti-androgen influence of mint on the human endocrine system. This study saw a 30% drop in free testosterone levels in women using mint tea in just 5 days. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17310494 Pretty interesting stuff! So my recommendation?? Stay away from mint teas, that’s for sure. I would also recommend limiting your exposure to common mint-containing products that could, in any capacity, be absorbed into your endocrine system and act as a hormone disruptor. Toothpaste is probably fine since you’re just spitting it out quickly, but chewing gums (with steady saliva being swallowed), soaps being rubbed on your skin (your most highly absorbent organ), or shampoos and conditioners being rubbed on your scalp, as well as mint in foods and drinks are likely things you don’t want to be consuming regularly. 🍾 Why Alcohol Is Killing Your Sex Drive, Lowering Your Testosterone & Making You Fat

I mean, I know it’s not good for health, but I don’t drink that much. These days, mainly on the weekends - like 2-3 drinks at the most. Well, maybe more at times (lol). But the reason I ask is because I notice it’s affecting my sex drive and my “hardness”. When I was younger, it wasn’t a problem, but for sure now. Is it the alcohol or just me getting older? Oh, I’m 36 by the way.” First, yes… aging has a lot to do with it because a man’s testosterone starts to drop in his mid 20’s. Since you’re in your mid 30’s at age 36, your testosterone has been slowly lowering for the past decade. However, the alcohol is just making things much worse and causing a FASTER drop in your testosterone levels and thus it’s killing your sex drive making you fatter and basically turning you into a woman! Let me tell you the 3 primary ways it’s doing this: Alcohol is a toxin - both to your body (liver, muscles, etc.) and your mind (neurons, synapses, etc.). As your body tries to metabolize alcohol (ethanol), it lowers the amount of NAD+ inside your liver and testes. This reduces the production of testosterone. The higher the quantity and frequency of alcohol usage, the lower the production of testosterone.1 Alcohol stimulates the brain to release beta-opioid endorphins, which is the reason why you get really relaxed after few beers. Sadly, those endorphins are also notorious for their negative effect on testosterone synthesis.2 Alcohol also causes an increase in your estrogen levels, which signals your testes to produce less testosterone.3 This also causes more belly fat, which indirectly produces even more estrogen. Thus, turning you into a “girly man”. Now, I’m not here to tell you to never drink. This is your life, your body, your future. My suggestion is to reduce the consumption of alcohol whenever possible. And if you’re going to drink, try to avoid beer because it tends to lower your testosterone the most due to the hops in the beer … They are very estrogenic and thus, causing the biggest imbalance between your male and female hormones. And lastly, the older you get, the bigger the problem alcohol is for your testosterone levels, as well as your overall health. But if you want to continue drinking, at the very least - make sure you take testosterone boosting herbs, vitamins and minerals every day, to help undo the damage from the alcohol consumption … especially if you’re over the age of 30. ======================================== Thank you for watching. Do Squats Increase Testosterone: Research Findings

09:55
Click Here to Subscribe: http://Bit.ly/ThomasVid Website: http://ThomasDeLauer.com Get the Apparel I Wear at http://www.Hylete.com Do Squats Increase Testosterone: Research Findings - Thomas DeLauer We have to question everything that is out there when it comes down to our bodies, and I don't know how often you've heard this, but I've heard so many times people say that testosterone is increased when you perform the squat exercise. Well, honestly, it makes a lot of sense, but I wanted to do a deep dive into this, and I wanted to get into the research and truly start to understand what goes on when we workout in a really strenuous fashion. What is happening at a hormonal level? Especially when we do squats. All right, so let's get down to this. First and foremost, the more muscle mass that you stimulate during a workout, the greater the anabolic response. Now, does that necessarily mean that squats are the end all be all? No, not at all, but we do know there's a greater anabolic response when you incorporate more of your body, but does an anabolic response necessarily mean more protein synthesis. In this video we're going to talk about a lot of different things. I'm going to talk about how testosterone is actually affected after a workout, but I'm also going to talk about how testosterone actually affects protein synthesis too. You see, all types of strenuous activity elicit at least a temporary response when it comes down to testosterone and growth hormone, but what we really want to investigate is do they actually change your basal testosterone levels? Do they change your long-term testosterone levels, or is it really just a quick acute change in those hormonal levels? See, studies have started to show that higher volume, moderate intensity and short rest period workouts end up eliciting a stronger testosterone response than workouts that are super intense and heavy, heavy, heavy resistance. Obviously, we're not just talking about lifting heavy. We're talking about how does a hard workout in general help your anabolic response. There's so many other things that play a role. It's not just testosterone. We tend to think that testosterone is the end all be all, but in reality we have insulin, we have IGF, we have growth hormone, we have mTOR, we have all kinds of different enzymatic pathways and all kinds of other pathways that have to do with protein synthesis that are really a big part of building the physique that we want. In this video, I broken it down into three sections with three really key studies. The first study in the section we're going to look at is a free weight workout versus a fixed machine workout and its effect on testosterone. Okay. The second thing we're going to look at is resistance training and its effect on basal levels of testosterone, not acute changes, but basal levels of testosterone. Then the third thing that we're going to look at, which is really, really cool and I want you to stick with me through this, is testosterone and other hormones' effects on our actual protein synthesis. Does it really matter when it comes down to building muscle? So without further ado, let's get into this first study. This first study was published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research and it's a good look at 10 test subjects and it had these tests subjects perform six sets of 10 repetitions of either squat with a free weight or leg press in a fixed machine, and the whole goal here was to measure their testosterone levels, their growth hormone levels, and their cortisol levels after each respective exercise to see which one truly elicited a stronger response. 3 Fat-Burning Diet Tricks That Every Man Must Know -- With Thomas DeLauer

07:23
The real way to get rid of belly fat for good: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH176 -- Subscribe to Tom's channel! https://www.youtube.com/user/TheTdelauer -- Hey what's up, Thomas here to talk about how to boost your T through your diet. Now if you’ve been keeping up with all of the “Low-T” hype that the internet and mainstream media have been feeding you, you may have noticed that there are plenty of articles and studies coming out that support the idea that you can actually BOOST your T-levels with FOOD… That’s right. No needles or medications. No creams or gels or hormone patch therapy required… And if you are wondering WHY all of this recent noise about “Low-T” has been hitting you, it’s because of what recent research is showing us about the health dangers low-T actually causes… It’s much more than a mere dip in your sex drive… Low-T is associated with high blood pressure, obesity, chronic fatigue, depression, and even heart disease... So let’s get started with exactly how YOU can avoid these symptoms by the simple, natural means of my personal Hight-T diet tips as part of your lifestyle. 1:13 - First things first: A Fatty breakfast. You need to eat it, you already know this, guys - But what you may not know is that eating a breakfast that is packed with the right kinds of dietary fat can actually result in upping your T-production. 1:29 - Here’s how: Dietary fats contribute to the create of cholesterol. The right fats will form “good” cholesterol, or “HDL”, which is the main contributing factor to the actual synthesis of the testosterone hormone itself… 1:41 - Bacon and eggs. Whole eggs. I know, sounds counterintuitive… However, the dietary fats found within egg yolks and within bacon (controlled portions, of course) are shown to support the ideal cholesterol levels for max T-production. 1:58 - Other great breakfast options to include are avocados, nuts, olive oil, coconut oil, and grass fed butters - all fantastic options for getting your cholesterol where it needs to be. And, if you want an easier way to boost your fats, try taking an omega 3 fish oil as part of your regular morning routine. 2:08 - Next step in following my High Testosterone diet: Eat a lot of high cruciferous vegetables. 2:33 - Along with helping control your triglycerides, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and other veggies actually reduce estrogen levels in your body. Thus promoting higher testosterone levels. 3:28 - I recommend grabbing a juicer and start juicing fresh veggies twice a day. Not only will it really help your test levels, but it will have an amazing impact on your overall health. Purchasing a juicer was one of the best buys I ever made. 3:45 - Next, I want to share with you some information that most guys I talk to are actually NOT AWARE of… 4:00 - If you didn’t know, research is telling us that one the main reasons why our testosterone continues to drop year after year is the radical amount of chemicals in our air and food, and if we want a boost we need to avoid these chemicals as much as possible. Here’s what you NEED to look out for: 4:05 - BPA: These are found in plastic bottles, plastic food packaging and even on common store receipts… The easy transition you can make to overcome this is to switching your plastic water bottle or jug over to a glass bottle and switching your plastic tupperware that you store meals in, into glass ware. 4:45 - Pesticides: Found on common fruits and vegetables. The fix? WASH YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT! You don’t have to transition your grocery shopping completely over to high-end organics to reduce the risk of pesticide consumption, guys. 5:40 - Phthalates and paragons: These are found in most personal care products like lotions and shaving creams - Fortunately, there are plenty of natural product alternatives that are typically sitting on the same shelf as the toxin packed options so this is an easy fix, it just takes a few extra moments to check out the ingredient list on the bottle before you buy it. 7:10 - For more workouts, nutrition and weight loss tips - keep it locked at Six Pack Shortcuts -- Get the body you want with this unique hormone training method: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH176 Now I've recently been paying closer attention to how the body's hormones play a role in my fitness progress and the more research I uncover, the more and more I realize how vital this one understanding is: the male testosterone levels dictate the condition of a man's appearance. Plain and simple. And there's actually a way to physically train your body to produce more of this very hormone... Get the details on how this specific training style can boost your Testosterone now: http://go2.sixpackshortcuts.com/SH176 See you guys there! -Thomas PS: Don't forget to share my T-boosting tricks with your friends on Facebook: https://youtu.be/7h34e-zhuO4

Estrogen Is Killing Men: How To Lower Estrogen Naturally

06:05
Estrogen is killing men. In the next 60 seconds I'm going to show how the sneaky hormone estrogen is killing your manhood, and what you can do to stop it. Read more about how to lower estrogen naturally here - https://umzu.com/pages/testro-x-benefits So first off, let's take a look at… What is estrogen? Estrogen is the primary female hormone that is stimulated by the brain into production that influences your reproductive system. While most people associate estrogen with women, the truth of the matter is, men produce it too. Balanced levels of estrogen are necessary in men, however due to certain modern circumstances, our entire population of men has seen a massive rise in male estrogen levels over the past 50 years, leading to all sorts of dangerous health issues, including disease. Now, what is estrogen dominance? Estrogen dominance is characterized by the androgen to estrogen ratio in men. When the body has a proper androgen to estrogen ratio (meaning there are higher amounts of androgens produced relative to estrogen), it uses that estrogen produced for a couple key things and effectively removes it from the bloodstream, or methylates it, keeping the balance and keeping men healthy and disease free. A healthy body has a high androgen to estrogen ratio, which means it needs to make less estrogen to stay healthy. Better yet, having a higher androgen to estrogen ratio allows the male body to function properly for more energy, building muscle, and will also help the body store less fat. What's even better, is that a better androgen to estrogen ratio is going to lead to higher T levels in men. Now what are some signs that a person might have estrogen dominance? Or have been exposed to too much estrogen? And how to reduce estrogen levels in men? High estrogen levels can cause weight gain, higher estrogen levels can cause aging, higher estrogen levels can cause reduced T, higher estrogen levels increases cravings for junk foods, and also leads to slow metabolism issues and poor thyroid function. Hormone Replacement for Men - Dr. Adrian Hohenwarter

03:03
Hormone Replacement for Men Learn more by visiting http://www.dradrianmd.com/store/pc/Men-s-Hormonal-Balance-c150.htm Symptoms of menopause in women are well studied, but the male equivalent andropause ADAM (androgen deficiency in male) is essentially ignored. Men suffer needlessly from testosterone deficiency also because hormone deficiency goes unrecognized or the male does not talk about it, especially as it relates to any perceived decline in sexual function. When men think of diminished testosterone levels, they do not usually relate this to decreased enjoyment of life; however, men may notice a decline in their competitive drive or decreased enthusiasm for things previously enjoyed. Growing older is hard enough for men without having to needlessly suffer from declines in testosterone hormone levels. Now for good health news! Recent medical research shows that replenishing low testosterone deficiencies provided significant improvement in sexual function and libido, mood, increased energy and general well being for men.

8 Secrets to Boost Testosterone for Men and Women

30:41
For more information on testosterone boosters: https://draxe.com/natural-testosterone-boosters/ In this episode of Ancient Medicine Today, Jordan Rubin and I are talking about secrets — herbs, supplements, essential oils, etc. — to help boost testosterone in both men and women. You’re probably most familiar with testosterone as being the sex hormone responsible for defining “manhood.” And, yes, it does. However, proper levels of this key hormone are also necessary to stimulate sexual desire, increase libido, heighten arousal and ensure sexual satisfaction for both men and women. It’s also necessary to maintaining the following: A healthy pain response Sufficient levels of red blood cells Regular sleep patterns Optimal bone density Muscle mass And high energy levels As men and women age, their T-levels naturally decline but this can accelerate faster than normal by the typical American lifestyle: Chronic stress Insufficient nutrition Imbalanced microflora Low vitamin D levels Weight gain Inadequate exercise Prescription drugs (especially statins) All of these risk factors deplete the normal immune response, lead to obesity and diabetes, tax the body and decrease metabolism. This, my friends, is the recipe for low T-levels and most people are stuck on the gerbil wheel desperate for a ticket to get off of the ride. *This content is strictly the opinion of Dr. Josh Axe, and is for informational and educational purposes only.
