How to optimize images in Magento 2

47:44
Hello, My name is Cuong, I'm a Magento Developer, Welcome back to my Magento 2 tutorial video series. #magento2tutorial #magento2training #magento2 #magento2optimize Today, I am going to show everybody the best practice, How to optimize images in Magento 2. This practice is a part of the series named "Magento 2 Website Optimization", you can see this playlist here http://bit.ly/2TSJqTG Before doing this practice, you need to learn Why do you need to optimize images? It helps to improve the following: 1. Reducing the size of a webpage: When optimizing images you reduce the size of an image without losing image quality. 2. Reducing bandwidth usage on the server. 3. Reducing the load times on the website. 4. Speed up your site, friendly with the search tools. In this practice, I show everybody the best way to optimize images using the gulp-image npm package with NodeJs on Ubuntu 16.04, the process will be executed by command lines, we won't write the codes for this practice. - Check the version of Ubuntu on your server: cat /etc/*release I am using Ubuntu 16.04. So what will we do? 1. Installing the necessary software: NodeJS 6.x, libpng-dev, libjpeg-dev, build-essential, cmake, libtool, autoconf, automake, m4, nasm, pkg-config, libpng16-devtools 2. Installing the necessary npm packages: gulp-cli, pngquant-bin, jpegtran-bin, optipng-bin, gifsicle, mozjpeg 3. Using the gulp-image package to optimize images in Magento 2. I use the gulp-image npm packge because it helps to optimize images without losing image quality. Okie, let's go. Let's complete this practice you need to follow steps by step: Step 1: Installing the necessary software - NodeJs 6.x: curl -sL https://deb.nodesource.com/setup_6.x | bash - apt-get install -y nodejs - Check the NodeJs and npm version just installed: nodejs -v npm -v - Install other softwares: apt-get install libpng-dev libjpeg-dev build-essential cmake libtool autoconf automake m4 nasm pkg-config apt-get install libpng16-devtools Step 2: Installing the necessary npm packages npm install --global gulp-cli npm install -g pngquant-bin jpegtran-bin optipng-bin gifsicle mozjpeg Step 3: Optimizing images - Move to the root folder on your website. - Create the new folder gulp-image: mkdir gulp-image - Move to the gulp-image folder. - Create the new file package.json - Installing the npm packages the gulp version 3.9.1 and the gulp-image version 4.3.0: npm install --save-dev [email protected]^3.9.1 [email protected] - Create the new file named gulpfile.js const gulp = require('gulp'); const image = require('gulp-image'); gulp.task('product_image', function () { gulp.src([ '../pub/media/catalog/product/cache/**/*.jpg', '../pub/media/catalog/product/cache/**/*.png', '../pub/media/catalog/product/cache/**/*.jpeg', '../pub/media/catalog/product/cache/**/*.gif' ]).pipe(image()).pipe(gulp.dest('../pub/media/catalog/product/cache')); }); gulp.task('default', ['product_image']); - You can see other options of this npm package here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/gulp-image - For now, I will optimize product images in the folder named cache: gulp default Step 4: Test and See the results - Go to the storefront. We will check the size of this folder before and after optimizing the image files. Run the command line: du -h the folder named Before optimizing the image files is 265 MB Please wait for a moment. This will take much time. Why we shouldn't optimize the product original images? Because Magento will generate the images into the folder named cache from the original images and displaying them on the storefront. After Magento generated the images the file size will be changed again. So we only work on the folder named cache for the product images. I suggest you should use the crontab for running the optimization images by schedules. once a day. When having new products, Magento will generate more product images in the folder named cache, so we must optimize these images. That is the reason, why I suggested using the Cron job for running the command line "gulp default" This tool is working perfectly. It reduces the size of images without losing images quality. So I show everybody using this tool for optimizing images in Magento 2. Thanks for watching the guide. If you have any questions about this practice, please feel free to leave a comment below. How to Upload Multiple Product Images (BULK) to Magento with One Click

08:48
In this video I show you how to upload multiple product images to Magento with a single click. In order to achieve this you will need to have our Bulk Images extension: http://extensions.activo.com/bulk-images-for-large-catalogs.html which is available for purchase on our Activo Extensions store: http://extensions.activo.com/ . The key to uploading multiple images at the same time in this method is to match the image file names to the product SKU. There is also a configuration area to specify the separator. The image file names should start with the Product SKU, followed by the separator, followed by the order number of the image related to the other product images for this specific product. This extension is successfully working on Magento stores with large catalogs, some have over 20,000 SKUs and each product have 3-5 images. Even if you have only a few hundred products, this will still save you a lot of time. The system also offers importing all images, or importing new image files only for those cases that you only uploaded 2-3 new images and do not want to update the entire set of images. This extension also works very well with CDN and stores behind caching mechanisms.

A Deeper Look at Cache Management in Magento 2

16:32
https://understandinge.com/magento-tutorials/ Why Enable and Disable the Cache? Every time you install or remove an extension from your Magento 2 system, or perhaps edit a section on your website, you have to make sure that you clear the cache afterwards in order to update your site. However, while you’re in the process of building your Magento 2 website, it’s only right to disable the cache instead of clearing them at short intervals. In order to do that, you need to go to the System menu on the left-hand side of your admin panel then click on Cache Management. From the Mass Actions drop-down box on the left-hand side, choose Select All. Then choose Disable from the drop-down box that says Refresh, and then click on Submit. With the cache disabled, you can spend uninterrupted time working on your website. When your website is ready to go live, go back to the section for cache management and re-enable the cache; this makes your website run faster for your customers. Choose Select All from the Mass Actions drop-down box, set the Refresh drop-down box to Enable, and then click on Submit. To ensure that all of the pages on your website are up-to-date, clear all of the cache types by clicking on Select All in the Mass Actions drop-down box followed by Submit. What is Cleared in the Cache? Magento has different cache types (e.g. Configuration, Layouts, Blocks HTML output, etc.), each serving a specific purpose in relation to the performance of your website. What Does Flushing the Cache Mean? Clicking on Flush Cache Storage in the top right-hand corner is going to delete all the contents in the whole cache storage. You need to perform this task every time an extension has been added to your Magento 2 system. Once you’ve clicked on that option, press the OK button in the pop-up confirmation message in order for your request to go through. You also have to press the red button labelled Flush Magento Cache to remove the items that are stored in the Magento cache. The most important thing that you’ve learnt in this tutorial is the sole purpose of the cache management, which is to make your website run faster for the satisfaction of your customers. In addition to that, you learnt how to clear the different cache types at one time instead of individually. How to Clear up Unused Images in Magento - Image Clean - Magento Extension Review

11:50
https://understandinge.com/magento-tutorials/ With Image Clean, a free Magento extension, you can do that in just a few clicks, and free up some disc space in your server. Before you proceed, you need to perform two crucial steps first to ensure the security of your website files. Create a complete system backup of your Magento website. If you’re not sure how to go about it, click here. - Turn off the Compilation Once you’re done with these initial steps, you may proceed with those below. - Step 1. Find the Extension Key Type understandinge.com/get-ic in your web browser then press enter on your keyboard to get to the Image Clean extension page on the Magento Connect website. You have to be logged into the site to be able to download the extension key. If you’re not logged in yet, click on My Account in the top right-hand corner, sign in and then come back to the Image Clean extension page. Assuming that you’re already logged in, click on Install Now, choose Magento Connect 2.0 from the drop-down box, and then tick the checkbox underneath it to agree with the extension license agreement. Next, click on Get Extension Key then Select Key, and then right-click on the extension key and choose Copy from the pop-up menu. - Step 2. Add the Extension to Magento From your Magento admin panel, go to the System menu, then down to Magento Connect, and then click on Magento Connect Manager. Re-enter your Magento login details then press the Log In button. If you see a red warning message regarding file permissions in the next page, ask your web hosting provider to resolve it for you. Put your cursor in the box in option #2, right-click and choose Paste from the pop-up menu to get the extension key in, and then click on Install on the right-hand side. Next, click on the Proceed button at the bottom right of the extension details. Wait for the message that says cached cleaned successfully to appear in the black box at the bottom of your screen. This indicates that the installation has been completed successfully. Scroll back up then click on Return to Admin at the top right. - Step 3. Clear out the Caches Go to the System menu then click on Cache Management. Click on Select All on the left-hand side, followed by Submit on the right-hand side. You also need to click on Flush Magento Cache and then Flush Cache Storage at the top right. After clicking on the second, click on OK in the pop-up confirmation box. - Step 4. Log out and back in To prevent 404 error from showing up in the settings area of this extension, you must log out of your Magento system by clicking on the Log Out link in the top right-hand corner. Then click on the Login button on your Magento admin page to log back in. Go to the System menu then click on the new item called ImaClean. Click on the Search button on the right-hand side and the Image Clean extension will automatically go and find any product images which are not in your database anymore. Perhaps you used to have the products that are associated with these images in your system, but then you decided to delete them at some point in the past. Tick the product images that you wish to delete one by one on the left, or press Select All in the top left-hand corner to delete them altogether. Next, choose Delete from the Actions drop-down menu on the right, and then click on Submit. After that, click on OK in the pop-up box to confirm that action. Image Clean is a handy extension, especially if you’re using shared web hosting, as it gives you extra disc space which eventually speeds up your site. How to create lazy loading product images in Magento 2

25:48
Hello, My name is Cuong, I'm a Magento Developer, Welcome back to my Magento 2 tutorial video series. #Magento2Tutorial, #Magento2Training #Magento2Videos Today, I am going to show everybody the best practice, How to create lazy loading product images in Magento 2. Before doing this practice, we need to learn What is the mean of lazy loading images? Lazy loading images mean loading images on websites asynchronously, images will only appear when users view it in the browser's viewport. This means that if users don't scroll down, images placed at the bottom of the page won't even be loaded. Follow this way users don't have to load all images of a website so it won't waste time, memory and bandwidth. We have the scenario: We will integrate a jQuery plugin for lazy loading images into a custom module in Magento 2, that allowing us lazy loading product images on the homepage, catalog category page. This is the places show the most products. By default, Magento 2 loads all product images of the page. So what will we do in this practice? 1. We will create a new module called PHPCuong_LazyLoadingImage 2. We will create a new Jquery Widget called lazyLoadingImage from an available library. 3. We will use the preference to override the class named Magento\Catalog\Block\Product\ImageBuilder to change the default product image template of Magento 2. This is the method we will override it and change these templates. Okie, let's go. Let's complete this practice, you need to follow steps by step: Step 1: Declaring the new module called PHPCuong_LazyLoadingImage - Create the namespace PHPCuong in the path app\code - Create the module named LazyLoadingImage in the path app\code\PHPCuong - Create the file named registration.php in the path app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage \Magento\Framework\Component\ComponentRegistrar::register( \Magento\Framework\Component\ComponentRegistrar::MODULE, 'PHPCuong_LazyLoadingImage', __DIR__ ); - Create the file named module.xml in the path app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage\etc End of step #1, I have been completed the codes to create the new module called PHPCuong_LazyLoadingImage. Step 2: Declaring the new Jquery Widget called lazyLoadingImage - Create the new file named lazy-loading-image.js app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage\view\frontend\web\js - Create the new file named _module.less in the path app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage\view\frontend\web\css - Create the new file named Loader.gif in the path app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage\view\frontend\web\images Go to the link https://loading.io/ for getting a loading image. Step 3: Overriding the class named Magento\Catalog\Block\Product\ImageBuilder by using preference - Create the new file named di.xml in the path app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage\etc\frontend - Create the new file named ImageBuilder.php in the path app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage\Override\Catalog\Block\Product We will copy the content from the default file. - Create the new file named image.phtml in the path app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage\view\frontend\templates\product - Create the new file named image_with_borders.phtml in the path app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage\view\frontend\templates\product - Create the new file named default.xml in the path app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage\view\frontend\layout This file helps us to display the lazyloadimage template on the footer of all the pages on the storefront. - Create the new file named lazyloadingimage.phtml in the path app\code\PHPCuong\LazyLoadingImage\view\frontend\templates Step 4: Test and see the results 1. Run the following command lines: php bin/magento setup:upgrade php bin/magento setup:di:compile php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy -f php bin/magento cache:flush 2. Test the results Go to the homepage, catalog category on the storefront. Yeah, It works perfectly. So what did you get after completing this practice? 1. You known how to create a new module in magento 2. 2. You known how to override a class by using preference in magento 2. 3. You known how to create a jquery widget in magento 2. 07:30
https://understandinge.com/magento-tutorials/ Howdy, in this Magento Basics tutorial, we'll gonna show you how to change the number of products per page in the Magento category pages. Note: This is the frontend of your Magento website and not the administration area. In your Magento Admin Panel, - Click on "System" - "Configuration" - Look for "Catalog" in the left hand side underneath "Catalog" section - Go the first section called "Frontend" - Under "List Mode" choose whatever option you want, a grid or a list mode (assuming you chose grid) - Next is to set is the "Product Per Page on Grid Allowed Values" - this is the dropdown box where you can choose the number of products you want to show in your page - Next to set is the "Products per Page on Grid Default Value" - this will allow you to show how many products will be shown by default - In "Allow All Products per Page" be sure to set it to "No" if you have large catalog and "Yes" if you have only a few items to show - Hit "Save Config" when done with the desired settings After changing the number of products per pages and doing all the settings you need to clear out the Magento cache. How to solve Image uploading problem In Megento CMS

06:01

How to Add Products to your Homepage in Magento 2

09:46
https://understandinge.com/magento-tutorials/ This tutorial shows you how to add some products to the blank home page of your website using Magento widgets in less than 10 minutes. Step 1. Edit the Home Page of Your Website - In your Magento admin panel, click on the Content menu on the left-hand side followed by Pages. - Next, choose Edit from the Select drop-down box located to the right of the Home Page. - Under the Page Information on the left-hand side, click on the Content tab. - Replace the piece of text in the text box that reads CMS homepage content goes here with your own custom text. - Then click on the menu button, which says Insert Widget when hovered upon, in the top left-hand corner so that you can add products to your website’s home page using a Magento widget. Step 2. Set up a Widget - From the drop-down box labelled Widget Type, choose Catalog Products List. - Type Featured Products in the Title field, leave Display Page Control to No, and then put a value in the field labelled Number of Products to Display. - Skip the Template option as this widget only offers one template type called Products Grid Template. You can also leave the Cache Lifetime blank. - The Conditions option, meanwhile, allows you to restrict the products that appear on your home page using any of the product attributes in your Magento system. - Skip this option for now then click on Insert Widget on the right-hand side. - There in the text box in your Home Page settings, you can now see the widget that you set up. - Click on Save and Continue Edit in the top right-hand corner then head over to the front-end of your website. - Reload your home page, and you now see many products where once there was none. Step 3. Clear the Caches - Go to the System menu on the left-hand side then click on Cache Management. - Choose Select All from the drop-down box on the left-hand side then press Submit. - Go back to your website and refresh it, and you should be able to see the products on your screen. Step 4. Edit the Widget - Go back to the Home Page settings in your Magento system. - Double-click on the icon in the text box then enter a smaller number in the field that’s labelled Number of Products to Display. - Click on Insert Widget on the right-hand side and then press Save and Continue Edit at the top right. - Clear out the caches, refresh the home page of your website, and you see fewer products now. Step 5. Add a New Widget - Go back to the Home Page settings in your system then go a couple of spaces below the widget in the text box. - Click on the icon which, when hovered upon, says Insert Widget in the top left-hand corner. - Choose Catalog Products List from the drop-down selections for Widget Type, and then enter Special Offers in the Title field. - This time set Display Page Control to Yes then enter a number in the field labelled Number of Products per Page. - In the field labelled Number of Products to Display, enter the total number of products that you want to show on your site. - If you only want to show products under a specific category, click on the green plus (+) button, and then choose Category from the drop-down menu. - Next, click on the ellipses following the words Category is then click on the blue icon between the box and the green tick. - Tick the categories that are assigned to the products that you want to add to your home page. - Once that’s done, click on Insert Widget on the right-hand side, and then press Save and Continue Edit at the top right. How to Add a Multi-Select Attribute in Magento

15:59
https://understandinge.com/magento-tutorials/ Howdy, In this Magento Basics tutorial, we will be showing you "How to Add a Multi-Select Attribute". If you want to add only one dropdown attribute there is a separate tutorial on that: "How to Add a Dropdown (Select) Attribute" - http://youtu.be/lhuHAMi8bxU In the example, shown in the video we then named the Attribute Code with a prefix 'att_' this is your identifier that you created that attribute and not a default attribute in Magento. The most important setting when adding a multi-select attribute is the "Catalog Input Type for Store Owner" and be always sure to choose "Multiple Select" and set "Apply To" to "All Product Types" If you want the attribute/s to appear in the front-end of your Magento website, you need to set to Yes, "Visible on Product View Page on Front-end" and "Used in Product Listing" to Yes as well. You can add options or the values of your attribute as many as you want and the entire process of adding a multi-select attribute is shown in 'plain English' in this video tutorial. You can also use your attributes for layered navigation, we have a separate tutorial for that which can be seen here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kBxpE6YqtUI It may happen that your attributes may not appear on your product, don't panic, do the following instead: 1. Make sure you picked up the right product 2. Flush out cache - a separate tutorial to do this can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NyiVUjVBjVk 3. Reindex data - For a much deeper explanation about indexing and index management you can go here: https://understandinge.com/lesson/mwf-0031/ If you need a hand at any time, use the contact details below and the forums here http://understandinge.com/forum/ are always open. How do I Enable/Disable the Wishlist Feature in Magento

04:12
https://understandinge.com/magento-tutorials/ In this Magento Basics tutorial, you'll gonna learn how to enable/disable the Wishlist Feature in Magento. In your Magento dashboard, go to: - System - Configuration - Scroll down and click on "Customers" section on the left-hand side - Under the "Customers" tab, click on "Wishlist" - You will then see "General Options" - Then set "Enabled" into "Yes" if you want to disable "Wishlist" feature and "No" if you want to disable it. - Press "Save Config" After doing all the settings, we strongly suggest to clear your cache. The reason for that is you may have a full page Magento cache extension or any cache plugin installed and there is a tendency that the changes you made won't reflect on your system. To clear the cache, go to: - System - Cache Management - On the left side, click on select all - And on the right-hand side press submit. If you need a hand at any time, use the contact details below and the forums here http://understandinge.com/forum/ are always open. How do I Change the List/Grid Mode for Category Pages in Magento?

05:38
https://understandinge.com/magento-tutorials/ In this Magento tutorial, you'll gonna learn how to change the list/grid mode for category pages in Magento. By default Magento shows the products in grid layer. If you don't like your products to be shown in grid layer and be automatically shown in list you can always change that and we will show you how to do that. Jump across to your Magento Admin Panel, - Click on "Sytem" - "Configuration" - Look for "Catalog" in the left hand side underneath "Catalog" section - Go the first section called "Frontend" - Under "List Mode" you can choose whatever option you want, a grid or a list mode - Hit "Save Config" when done with the desired settings After changing the List Mode you need to clear out the Magento cache. The reason for that is you may have a full page Magento cache extension installed and there is a tendency that the changes you made won't reflect on your system. To do this, you need to: - Go to System - Cache Management - On the left side, click on select all - And on the right hand side press submit. That will clear your cache. If you need a hand at any time, use the contact details below and the forums here http://understandinge.com/forum/ are always open. Increase and decrease quantity in Magento 2 mini cart

23:38
Hi everybody, I am Cuong, Welcome back to my Magento 2 tutorial video series. #magento2tutorial In the previous lesson, I showed everybody, How to create the buttons increase and decrease quantity on the product detail page in Magento 2, in the video link http://bit.ly/2ItxuTc, if you don't watch this lesson yet, please pause this video and watch it now. This is the result in the previous lesson. To continue the previous lesson, today, I am going to show everybody a best practice, How to add the buttons increase and decrease quantity in Magento 2 mini cart. What will you get after completing this practice? 1. You will know, how to override a Knockout template HTML file in Magento 2. 2. You will know, how to override a JS file in Magento 2. 3. You will know, where you will put the Less CSS in a custom module. Okie, let's go. Let's do this practice we only need to perform a few steps: Step 1: Override a template HTML file - You need to determine the template HTML file that you will override it. That is the HTML file we will override. - Copy the file named default.html in the path vendor\magento\module-checkout\view\frontend\web\template\minicart\item to the path app\code\PHPCuong\Qty\view\frontend\web\template\minicart\item - Create the file named requirejs-config.js in the path app\code\PHPCuong\Qty\view\frontend Step 2: Override a JS file - We need to override two the JS files - The firstly: vendor\magento\module-checkout\view\frontend\web\js\sidebar.js - The second: vendor\magento\module-checkout\view\frontend\web\js\view\minicart.js The question: how could I find out these files for overriding? The answer: I found out it in the module named Magento_Checkout - Copy the file named sidebar.js in the path vendor\magento\module-checkout\view\frontend\web\js to the path app\code\PHPCuong\Qty\view\frontend\web\js - Copy the file named minicart.js in the path vendor\magento\module-checkout\view\frontend\web\js\view to the path app\code\PHPCuong\Qty\view\frontend\web\js\view 'qtyDecreasing': '.decreasing-qty', 'qtyIncreasing': '.increasing-qty' - Add these codes to the requirejs-config.js file // The bellow codes help us to override the JS file 'sidebar': 'PHPCuong_Qty/js/sidebar', 'Magento_Checkout/js/view/minicart': 'PHPCuong_Qty/js/view/minicart' Step 3: Add the Less CSS for displaying the buttons - Add the bellow Less CSS to the file path app\code\PHPCuong\Qty\view\frontend\web\css\source\_module.less Step 4: Test and see results Run the command lines: php bin/magento setup:upgrade php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy php bin/magento cache:flush Thank you for your watching. If you have any questions about this practice please feel free to leave a comment below. Don't forget to like, comment, share and subscribe to my channel for getting the latest videos. How to Create a CMS Page in Magento 2

10:30
https://understandinge.com/magento-tutorials/ CMS stands for Content Management System, and it allows you to create pages on your Magento 2 website. This tutorial takes you through the steps of creating a CMS page for your shipping information in Magento 2. Step 1. Create a New Page - From your admin panel, go into the Content menu on the left-hand side then click on Pages. - Edit your system’s inbuilt pages—namely, Home Page, Enable Cookies and Privacy and Cookie Policy—to make them suitable for your line of business. - To create a page for your shipping information, click on Add New Page in the top right-hand corner. - The Page Title refers to the word or line of text that appears in the web browser of your customer once they click on the page that you’re going to create; in this case, Shipping would be a logical title. - You can also enter shipping in the field that’s labelled URL Key, as this refers to the link that a customer can find this page by. - Set the Store View to All Store Views, but if you have multiple websites set up in your system, select those that you want to have this page on. - Leave the Status set to Enabled then click on the Content tab on the left-hand side. Step 2. Add in Your Shipping Information - Type your shipping information in the text box then style it accordingly using the WYSIWYG Editor toolbar, which web developers have dubbed as the “kitchen sink”. - However, if you’re adept at working with HTML, press the Show / Hide Editor button in the top left-hand corner of the text box to turn off the WYSIWYG Editor. - If you want to insert a comprehensive table of shipping rates into the content, all you have to do is click on the pencil icon on the left-hand side of the toolbar. - Set up the number of table columns and rows in the pop-up box then click on Insert. - Now you can enter your shipping rates for different destinations in the table. Step 3. Choose a Layout Design - Click on the Design tab on the left-hand side then choose how you would want your shipping information to appear from the Layout drop-down selections. - If you want to create a custom theme or layout, scroll down your screen and explore the options in the Custom Design section. Step 4. Create a Meta Description - Keywords may be out of date, but meta descriptions still factor in the ranking of a website on search engines like Google. - To create a meta description for the page of your shipping information, click on the Meta Data tab on the left-hand side, and then write something about this page in the Description box. - Once that’s done, press Save Page at the top right. - That takes you back to the Pages section where you can now see a new page titled Shipping. - Click anywhere on that row to edit the settings of the page then press Save at the bottom when you’re finished. Step 5. Clear the Caches - Go into the System menu on the left-hand side then click on Cache Management. - Choose Select All from the drop-down box on the left-hand side then click on Submit. - To see how the new page looks like on your website, click on your username at the top right, and then choose Customer View from the drop-down options. - Replace the last part of your site’s URL with the URL Key shipping, and then press enter on your keyboard. If you need a hand at any time, use the contact details below and the forums here http://understandinge.com/forum/ are always open.
