Sadly they are not trading anymore in the market, but the good news is that they now have a shop called: "Crazy for Coffee" in Fulham, where you'll find them serving up their fresh pasta. Anybody who is wondering what the commotion at 7.30 is? well here I quote one of the video viewer: "They were joking with 2 italian girls (probably the 2 "complained" on how many italians they've found there, but i'm not sure), so they said "Noooo, beware of the italians they are the worst!" and continued joking about how racist the italians abroad are vs other Italians and than complained on our sh**ty government back home". "And also said that London is the worst place in the world to find native English people". They still hand make the pasta while you wait - there is no secret to the recipe & preparation because they make everything in full view of you. LONDON STREET FOOD, Southbank Centre’s food market offers fantastic street food, a great range of beers, wines and cocktails, delicious coffee, tea and sweet treats – with a selection of fresh produce to take home, and guest traders each week. All our stallholders are committed to providing food that bursts with fresh, vibrant flavours, inspired by cuisines from Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas. No wonder SCFood Market is one of London’s top food destinations. You can find the market on Southbank Centre Square each weekend including bank holidays and for an extended market at the end of summer. What’s to eat? Perfectly grilled corn-on-the-cob, the best moong dal dosas in town, Korean burritos, vegan Ethiopian, craft beers, interesting cocktails, cake, ice cream, great coffee... in other words, LOADS! Bread Tree make bruschetta the way families in Italy have done for centuries, no short cuts. They use bread made in a small bakery in Sicily, and offer vegan and wheat-free options too! Seasonings and toppings are all sourced in Calabria, such as pickled aubergines, sundried tomatoes, pesto Calabrese, sundried tomato paste and nduja. Also on the menu are piadina, the delicious Italian flatbread sandwich. Go for the traditional parma ham or check out one of the veggie or vegan options, all served with sauces that come from southern Italy. Cristian’s family is originally from Calabria, where his grandfather was a producer of wine and olive oil. Rebecca, originally from Taiwan, also comes from a country where people are very passionate about great food, and she has contributed to Bread Tree her dedication to healthy ingredients. Tea, Bread & Brownie brings a wide selection of teas, real Belgian hot chocolate and chai latte to serve at the market, as well as retail teas to take home and brew. Also check out their range of Flour Station sourdough breads, pastries and sweet and savoury treats including cheese straws, savoury muffins, brownies, cream teas, and more, all of which have been freshly baked. As well as buying teas to take home, you can enjoy a hot cup of tea to go. If the weather’s hot, why not try their range of ice teas and iced chai latte all summer. The Polish Deli London offers a wide range of delicious and authentic Polish food. Sample traditionally madepork smoked sausages served with salad and pickles in a baguette, or with roasted baby potatoes, cured meats, Polish draught beer and, in winter, sauerkraut stew, made with smoked pork sausage. When Will and Kerry hand you your gourmet burger, you’re getting it from the hands of the same people who raised the cows and grew the wheat and grass they feasted on. The beef is hung on the bone for three weeks, then they seam cut the beef (a continental style of butchery which cuts around the muscles rather than slicing straight through them). They bind the burgers with their own free range eggs. And if that is not enough for you, pop a couple of their steaks in your bag to take home.

✓ OMG....Can you believe Chips that are actually made of Cheese!!! Not Cheesy fries.....but deep fried Halloumi Cheese Fries. Heaven on a plate!!! For anyone who hasn’t tried Halloumi before; Halloumi is a hard and salty cheese, which when heated or fried it becomes soft on the inside and crispy on the outside (instead of simply melting). On this busy stall in Camden Market, they cut the cheese into strips of chips and then deep fry them until golden brown . The result is a moreish snack bursting with flavour, it's crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside, the addition of the sauces, syrups and garnishing elevates the taste factor to a higher level; it's sweet, salty, tangy, zesty, minty all at the same time - it's a wonderful flavour fusion and it definitely achieves the Umami factor. After frying, the fries are: * Given a generous drizzle of Za’atar Yoghurt. * A good squirt of Pomegranate Molasses Syrup. * Sprinkled with freshly cut Mint. * Topped off with Turkish Chilli Flakes and Pomegranate seeds. * Chilli Oil Sauce. This is delicious Vegetarian Meat-free Levantine restaurant quality cuisine at street food prices........You may call this the Don Dada of Street Food!!! The founders of this stall developed this culinary delight after being inspired during a six month long trip to the Middle East. Since being featured on Culture Trip's (@theculturetrip) website & Facebook page in May, Oli Baba now have even longer queues - rest assured that the wait is well worthwhile. Here's links to Oli Baba's various social media: Facebook: @olibabasfood Twitter: @Oli_Babas Website: olibabas.com They are located in the KERB market section area right next to the scenic Regents Canal. Oli Baba’s are the original creators of halloumi fries on the London Street Food scene. Note: Some people call Halloumi "Squeaky Cheese" because of its texture and slightly distinctive squeak when you eat it. (Video recorded on Thursday 15th June 2017). We think that this shop probably qualifies as the smallest falafel wrap shop in the world, it is absolutely tiny; but everything required is in place to produce some of the most delicious falafal wraps & boxes around. Guinness World Records hasn't verified or confirmed this............but do you think you can find smaller??? The shop is called "La Falafel" is located in the Stables Market. 2017 Update: The good news is that this place is under new management and has been completely refurbished and renamed as "Magic Falafel"). The wrap is filled with: Hummus, Fresh Salad (cucumber, tomato & lettuce), Tabbouleh, Gherkins, Jalapeno Peppers, Homemade Chilli Sauce & of course Falafel. There is no secret to the recipe & preparation because they make everything in full view of you. What makes the pure vegan & vegetarian wrap such a treat is that once they have wrapped it in a flat bread (almost like an Indian style naan bread or roti) they then grill it so it's served piping hot. (The good news is that this place is under new management and had been completely refurbished and renamed as "Magic Falafel").

✓ We think that this shop is probably one of the smallest Mini Dutch Pancake stall in the world, it is absolutely tiny; but everything required is in place to produce some of the most delicious Netherland style pancakes anywhere. Guinness World Records hasn't verified or confirmed this............but do you think you can find smaller??? The shop is called "??????????" and is located in Inverness Street Market in the heart of the world famous Camden Market. There are numerous toppings offered such as: * Icing Sugar. * Cinnamon Powder. * Whipped Cream. * Nutella Chocolate Sauce. * Maple Syrup. * Condensed Milk. * Banana. * Strawberry. * Blueberries. * Can you believe they even do a gold plated version "using edible gold leaf". The batter is a secret recipe but a look on the internet show the ingredients can be milk, flour, water & egg. If you think about the Netherlands you might think about ganga weed (cannabis), museums and prostitutes. What you maybe don’t think about is Dutch snack food sold by Street hawkers. Because in this video we visit the UK's first Cheese Wheel stall, they're serving up freshly hand rolled fettuccine pasta, smothered with divine home style sauces and..........here's the best bit: tossed in a massive Cheese Wheel........that right a MASSIVE 40 Kilogram Ball of Grana Pagano Parmesan Cheese Cove. Fettuccine Alfredo or (fettuccine al burro) is a pasta dish made from fettuccine ribbons tossed with Parmesan cheese and butter, just as the cheese melts, it emulsifies the liquids to form an intensely cheesy, smooth and rich coating on to the pasta. The homemade signature White Wine Cream Sauce here is flavoured with Parmesan, Garlic and Fresh Chives. The Vegetarian and (non veg) toppings offered are: * Wild Mushroom Sauté. * Basil Pesto and Semi Sun Dried Tomato. * Smoked Pancetta (Crispy Bacon). * Smoked + Cured Pork & Leek Italian Sausage. * Truffle Carpaccio. * Prawns. This is the the third video in my channel about the duck-meat burger in London. It is here because: - the guy preparing the foods seems kind of pictoresque to me, with the strange hat and the sunglasses - This is the real-time preparation procedure, without any cut. It takes almost 10 minutes to cook a bunck of sandwitches. This is one of my favourite quick-lunch food and I hope all will appreciate how good it is, how long the preparation takes, and how different it is from other industrial fast foods

► Subscribe to BattaBox on YouTube: http://goo.gl/4dgy2r Wherever Nigerians live abroad - they need their traditional, home-cooked food... but where can you buy all those special, fresh ingredients like Ugu and Stock Fish? BattaBox has found one place in Peckham, in London that brings in fresh Nigerian food every Thursday - and where the customers hustle all day to buy everything fresh! The supermarket is Stella's African Groceries & Vegetables shop. "When people come, I want them to feel at home," says Stella. "I play music with the language they understand, we speak pidgin English - all as long as we feel as brothers and sisters." And Nigerians can get all Nigerian food for their soups, pounded yam, bitter leaf and hot peppers, Gari, chin chin, Snails and even Alomo bitters and Palm wine. "It's really hard to get proper, fresh Nigerian Food in London," says one lady. "I've been coming here as long as I can remember." "I buy my fresh ugu, fresh vegetable, fresh fish and egusi," says one guy. "I dey cook for myself!" All the Nigerian food is imported straight from Nigeria but there are challenges, such as packaging, import bans in London on some food stuffs, and also Nigerian ports. But Nigerians in London are desperate to find fresh produce and Stella's often sells out in the first few days: "A lot of us have decided to settle down in London but we need our Nigerian food - the one we were brought up with," says Stella. "We still eat English food but we also want to feel at home." **** CLICK HERE TO SUBSCRIBE FOR NEW BATTABOX VIDEOS EVERYDAY: http://battabox.com/subscribe/ ... Website: http://BattaBox.com ... Food seen in the streets of London

F. Cooke is one of the oldest fast food restaurants in London. They've been serving handmade pies and mash with traditional jellied eels since 1862, and not much has changed since then. "This is the oldest traditional meal in the East End of London. This is it," owner Joe Cooke told Business Insider. "It hasn’t altered, and as far as I’m concerned it won’t alter." Their pies are made using a divider machine splits that the dough into 36 perfect pieces. Each piece is then rolled and filled with mincemeat mixed with salt, pepper, and caramel. On a busy day they can make up to 600 pies. Pies are served with potato mash and a sauce called liquor made from parsley and the juice of cooked eels. "It was my great-grandfather who put the eel sauce, the parsley sauce which is predominantly a fish sauce with the meat pie," said Cooke. "Thank God it worked. That was it." F. Cooke has stayed at traditional as possible. They still sprinkle sawdust on the floor. As per pie etiquette, knives here are banned, and pies are to be eaten with fork and spoon only. The same can be said for gravy. "You mention the G word and you’re gone. It does not come with gravy. It might do up north or wherever it is, but here the traditional meal is pie and mash and parsley sauce liquor. That’s it." -------------------------------------------------- Follow Business Insider on Twitter: https://twitter.com/businessinsider Follow BI on Facebook: http://bit.ly/1W9Lk0n Read more: http://www.businessinsider.com/ -------------------------------------------------- Business Insider is the fastest growing business news site in the US. ✓ We think that this shop probably qualifies as the smallest cafe shop in the world, it is absolutely tiny; but everything required is in place to produce some of the most delicious sandwiches around. The shop is called "One Love Cafe" and is located at 26 Brixton Station Road, London. Guinness World Records hasn't verified or confirmed this............but do you think you can find smaller??? The wholemeal brown bread sandwich we had was filled with: Freshly Fried Plaintain, Tomato Slices & Lettuce), with a drizzle of Hot Pepper Sauce & Sweet Chilli Sauce. There is no secret to the recipe & preparation because the Chef Patron Anthoney makes everything in full view of you. If you have any questions you can call them on: 0790 368 335 / 07534 330 037

FEBRUARY 2015 UPDATE: The stall has now relocated and is now at Buck Street Market, (the market closest to Camden Town tube station) We absolutely love the legendary guy with the "Epic, Classic Voice" (a.k.a. the Bang, Bang Chicken Man") at Kong Kong mix & match Chinese Street Food stall. He has many great on liners like saying "Not only black people can rap" after stating what different foods are on offer in a fast rap style. The food available is: Sweet and Sour Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, BBQ Chicken, Black Bean Chicken, Sweet Chilli Chicken, Fried "Bang Bang" Chicken, Curry Chicken, Mushroom, Prawns, Fried Rice & Noodles. The recipe for the "Bang, Bang Chicken" is secret & so delicious that people have just one taste and they're hooked.. Due to the planned redevelopment of Camden Lock Village Market - the Market has now closed - once redeveloped it will be known as Hawley Wharf. Video recorded over the course of months between 5th June 2013 and 22nd April 2014. I arrived in London on a rainy day and since I love rain so much. I went to the Borough Market for my British food adventure and also to enjoy my favorite weather. At the Borough Market, they served some delicious vegan and beef pies, amazing juicy pork wraps, super light creamy donuts, cheesy raclette with potatoes and many more! But after eating at the market, around 3 AM in the morning I was still hungry, so I went to get some salted beef sandwiches at the Beigel Shop, and that was the best decision I ever made. #londonboroughmarket #boroughmarket #boroughmarketfood #londonfoodmarket #britishfoodtour Locations: ✧ Borough Market https://bit.ly/2z6txPg ✧ Pieminister (Pie & Mash) https://bit.ly/2MQLbxR ✧ Roast Hog (Pork wraps) https://bit.ly/2DTRNsf ✧ Bread Ahead (Donuts) https://bit.ly/2t7nrwc ✧ Duck Confit - Le Marche du Quartier https://bit.ly/2Typ1mF ✧ Kappacasein Dairy (Raclette) https://bit.ly/2Sz9a9W ✧ Beigel Shop London https://bit.ly/2TmXPXG ***MORE EXCLUSIVE Content on Instagram*** ✩ http://instagr.am/Mikexingchen ➔ Get tickets to the best show on earth!!! http://bit.ly/2gu7REI ✸ Strictly Dumpling T-Shirts HERE: http://bit.ly/2IVM2ts ➣ Subscribe for MORE videos about food! http://bit.ly/1hsxh41 ➣ Subscribe to our COOKING Channel! http://bit.ly/2vz2UPT ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ★↓FOLLOW ME ON SOCIAL MEDIA!↓★ Facebook Show Page: https://www.facebook.com/strictlydumpling Facebook Mike Fan Page: https://www.facebook.com/mikeychenx Personal Instagram: http://instagr.am/Mikexingchen Twitter: http://twitter.com/Mikexingchen Twitch: https://www.twitch.tv/mikexchen ◈ Equipment I use for filming◈ : Sony RX100 Mark V: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgc5/ PANASONIC LUMIX G85: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcd/ Wide Angle Lens: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgck/ Camera Mic: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcn/ Camera Lights: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcq/ Handheld Audio Recorder: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcr/ Tripod: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcu/ Drone: https://go.magik.ly/ml/cgcx/ My Favorite Cookware！ wok/pan http://amzn.to/2f5G0up Also this pan http://amzn.to/2f5Qnyi Pressure pan http://amzn.to/2wJIS7u Nonstick pot http://amzn.to/2wHRgq1 ------------------------------------- ✉ Send stuff to our P.O. ✓ YUM, YUM, YUM.......these guys based in the World Famous Camden Stables Market are serving up delicious Sweet Crêpes / Galettes. In this video you can watch them making and serving up these sweet dessert treats with fillings and topping such as Nutella Chocolate Spread, Banana, Strawberry, Oreo Cookies, Marshmallow, Mixed Chopped Nuts, other delicious options include Caramel, Honey Maple Syrup, Dairy Cream and Chocolate Chip..........like we said YUM, YUM, YUM !!! There is no secret to the recipe & preparation because these guys make everything in full view while you wait - for the pancake batter they use Flour, Milk, Sugar and Eggs. French Crepe Suzette or Galette. is a popular snack in France; it's made from a batter of wheat flour that is fried on a hot griddle in a very similar way to an Indian Masala Dosa or even a Chinese Jian Bing - these guys make it look very easy, but it takes many years of practice to make perfect pancakes like you see here. We only had a Mango and Pineapple Smoothie on this visit - so we didn't get a chance to try their Bubble Tea or Milkshakes; but this is more of a reason to return, wink wink ;-) If you can remember we visited this shop three years ago when we recorded them making delicious Chinese Street Food Style Hong Kong Waffles: https://youtu.be/WEuz9ywwUIo Here's links to "Kitty's Sweet Treats" Facebook page: @kittysweettreats Many thanks to Ashraf for a privileged peek into their kitchen to let us record the video. ✓ On our annual "Foodie Pilgrimage" to the yearly Alchemy festival we always seek out the "Dosa Deli" street food stall; because we always love a freshly made dosa and these guys never fail on the authenticity of the taste factor. Another reason that we look forward to seeing them is that every time we see them they always have some new items on their menu; inspired by their travels in South India, this time they had the following new menu items': they were serving up freshly made; Palak (Spinach) Paniyaram, Crunchy Dal Vadas' and Onion Bhajias (Pakoras). We are very much honoured to see these guys again, because they are inspired by beautiful Mother India and the pavement kitchens that provide sustenance for its many inhabitants with the cheapest and tastiest of freshly made food anywhere. Also to mention the inspiration of the street characters creating food that is blessed by hand and human touch and further energised and charged by positive thoughts. You'd be forgiven if you thought that this is a Indian Street Food stall (or "Lari") somewhere on the busy, bustling streets, beaches or restaurants of India - astonishingly these White English (Angrezi) guys were making these Indian treats in the heart of "Proper London" - making them freshly to order and serving them piping hot within a matter of minutes.........delicious restaurant quality food; but at affordable street food prices - with no service charge added !!! Unlike some places there is nothing hidden and no secret to the recipe because everything is made in full view of customers. Wala (Wallah) = Someone specializing or working in a specific occupation or activity i.e. Chai Wallah, Rickshaw Wallah, Kulfi Wallah etc......... If you remember we have caught up with these "Dosa Wallahs" at previous years Alchemy Festivals (here's links to videos we made of them then; 2014: https://youtu.be/bmRjC9aHapE & 2016: https://youtu.be/pfYG_qDEgYw) "Mr & Mrs Dosa" (aka Amy and Kristian) are "Master Dosa Makers" having travelled in India & Asia, whilst along the way gleaning tasty secrets, hints & tips from expert cooks & chefs with the ultimate aim of creating delicious masterpiece recipes. Dosa Deli can be found serving dosas' at various locations in London & festivals (such as Glastonbury) in the U.K. if you are planning to visit them; send them a message to find out when & where they are trading. Here's links to Dosa Deli's social media: Twitter: dosadeli Website: dosadeli.co.uk/ Email: [email protected] You can go many times to India and love it every moment of your time spent there, (but you're always sad in the knowledge that India only exists in India and nowhere else) the sights you see, the sounds you hear, the people you meet (in India); all serve to feed you not just physically but also emotionally and spiritually. So when we come across guys such as this, we humbly raise our hat and take a bow because they have not only given us just a snack but also given us a taste of back home. These guys have perfected and mastered the "art of dosa making".......as always, all the dosas we eat from these guys are absolutely delicious, we would go as far as to say that these guys are "Dosa Making Master Chefs". A special thank you to Kristian, Amy & all the Dosa Deli team who very much welcomed us and graciously allowed us a privileged glimpse into their kitchen to do the videoing even though they were extraordinarily busy. We would love to see these guys have their stall somewhere in Camden Lock or Stables Market. This video recorded on various days in May 2017 at the Alchemy Festival at the Southbank, Waterloo, London. The 10 day Alchemy Festival this year was from Thursday 18th May to Monday 29th May 2017 (bank holiday Monday) as the Southbank Centre Square was once again transformed into a magical, bustling Indian Street Food market.........it was truly a feast for the senses !!! Borough Market is one of the most famous and renowned fresh markets in London. Get all information here: http://migrationology.com/2014/05/borough-market-london/ There are many famous things to do in London, but if you're a food lover like I am, one of the best choices you can make it to take a trip to the historical Borough Market. The market is one of the most well-known in all of London. The history goes way back, and it was formerly a place where people came and gathered to trade and sell their fresh produce. For many years it was very informal and without structure. But the official Borough Market was established in 1885, the place that we can visit today. We were only in London for a couple of days, attending the Chowzter.com food awards (http://chowzter.com/), and one thing I knew we needed to do, was visit Borough Market with an empty stomach. It was Friday morning at about 10 AM when we decided to go - and I think it was just about a perfect time - because many of the vendors were just opening up, and the market wasn't as packed as it could be. The best things to do as soon as you arrive to Borough Market is to take a leisurely stroll around and see what is available for you to eat - there are too many things to eat in one visit, so it's important that you choose wisely, and decide what you want to eat. Some of the most famous things include the salt beef sandwich, the grilled cheese sandwich, the duck confit sandwich, chorizo, and many other delicious things. But along with cooked food, there's also a range of cured meats, and wonderful cheeses. I also really enjoyed the fresh produce, which included a nice variety of mushrooms and beautiful heirloom tomatoes. But anyway let's get back to the food, and I'm talking about the food ready to be eaten. As soon as I arrived I saw a stack of cheese and olive bread-sticks which were piled high like a pyramid. That was my first treat. The long bread-stick was crusty and embedded with salty cheese and delicious olives. While walking around, in the back part Borough Market, we decided to try a Portuguese egg tart. It was good but I thought it could've been better if it was a little warmer. Next up we tried a sausage on a stick from a place called Boston Sausage. I added a bunch of English mustard to it, and I think that's what made it so good. If you want to drink coffee, when you visit London's Borough Market you cannot miss the famous Monmouth coffee shop. It can be quite busy and hard to find a seat, so we decided just to get takeaway coffee, as I really needed something to wake me up and keep me energized to eat more. My little shot of macchiato was fantastic. Back to the food, we went to a place called Brindisa and ordered up one of their famous chorizo sandwiches. The chorizo was very tasty, and had a nice spicy flavor to it, but I thought the bread was way too big for the amount of meat. If I ordered it again, I would for sure get the double chorizo. Finally for my last sandwich at Borough Market, I went with the famous duck confit sandwich. You'll see the incredible pan of duck confit when you visit the market, and if you're like me, it should entice you to eat it immediately. When you order, the vendor fills up a bunch of duck into a ciabatta roll. The duck was incredibly tender, juicy, and oily, and it was amazingly tasty. That just about wrapped up everything I ate at Borough Market in London. There were still many more things I wanted to try, but like I said, it would be a near impossible feat to eat everything in one visit to the market. If you want to eat and you're in London, this is one of the best places to visit. Visit Borough Market information: Open for lunch on Monday -- Tuesday from 11 am -- 5 pm Full market is open on Wednesday -- Thursday from 11 am -- 5 pm, Friday from 10 am -- 6 pm, and Saturday from 8 am -- 5 pm (closed on Sunday) Prices: It would not be hard to spend 20 GBP per person eating here Website: http://boroughmarket.org.uk/ How to get to there: I think the easiest way is to take the London underground tube to London Bridge Station and then just follow the exit signs that will lead directly to Borough Market.
