This tip was released via Twitter (@laurachappell). The first two packets of the TCP handshake are critical in defining the capabilities of that connection. In addition, these two packets can be used to obtain a snapshot of the round trip time (RTT) between TCP hosts.

You need to know the IP address in order to ping the IP. We will ping the default gateway in order to check if it is functioning properly and whether we can communicate with the local host on the local network. Step 1 -- Open CMD Follow this step by step guide in order to learn about pinging an IP address. First of all, go to the start menu and in the search bar, type "cmd". From the search results, click on the cmd program. Step 2 -- Use ipconfig command As a result, the command prompt will appear on your screen. Type in the "ipconfig" command and then hit the enter key. The wireless network connection details will be displayed due to the ipconfig command. You will be able to see the default gateway here along with the IP address. Step 3 -- Ping default gateway For the purpose of this tutorial, we will ping the default gateway address. Type in ping followed by the ip address that you want to ping. Ping the IP address of the default gateway in order to check if the default gateway is functioning properly and whether you can communicate with the local host on the local network. Step 4 -- View ping statistics Ping allows you to check how long it takes for the data to travel to the server and back. You will be displayed with the ping statistics. How many packets were sent and received, how many got lost. Approximate round trip time in milliseconds will also be shown here. The minimum and maximum time it took for a data packet to travel. Furthermore, the average of the total number of packets sent and received will also be shown here.

fun with my new dash cam Uniden iWitness DC1. Made a round trip drive. From Warsaw Mo to Belton MO. Total drive time approximate 3 hrs. So I sped up the video and broke it down to 10 minutes. I love this dash cam video. If you are judging the video quality there are some things to make note of. I downgraded the video quality when i exported my edited video, this is because since i have 3Mbps internet (download) and even less upload speed, well you get the point. Otherwise this Uniden iWitness DC1 dash cam is awesome. I upgraded my memory card. 8 gigs came along with the device which gives you uninterrupted 1 hr of video so keep that in mind. So yeah it's a great dash cam. For me I love it. For others maybe not. But then again I've never owned a dash cam (received as a gift)

I cycled to work using the same route twice a week, an approximate round trip of 11 miles. Attached to the front of my bicycle was a Super 8 camera rigged up with a cable release attached to the gear shifter and set up to take a single frame every time I changed gear. I continued filming my journey in this way until I ran out of film. It compresses 88 days into 3 minutes.

Years ago, while visiting Copenhagen, I happened upon a gigantic 10m-wide balloon set up by an environmental group to show the actual volume of one ton of C02, the approximate GHG emissions created by one round-trip flight from Europe to the US. The sheer size of the balloon shocked me— I knew that flying was bad for the environment but to see it illustrated in such a concrete way made an impression on me that lasts until this day and still influences my behaviour. Now, one of VR content’s greatest strengths over traditional media is that it doesn’t hide its subjects behind a frame, it places viewers face-to-face with them in a very tangible, life-sized, and realistic way. As such VR is an excellent tool for helping people visualise the the enormous, and mostly hidden, impacts that their choices have on our environment. Our idea for the Uniting4Climate VR/360 Video is to put viewers into the shoes of someone making a series of everyday consumption decisions, from buying a new shirt, to ordering a meal in a restaurant, to planning their next vacation, and show them the environmental footprint of the options they are considering: the water use, the biodiversity loss, and finally the GHG emissions. Should I have a hamburger or a chicken burger? The answer will become obvious as the viewer is virtually transported from the restaurant they are sitting in to a field showing just how much arable land is needed to produce each of these meals. To further drive the point home, the viewer will be confronted with a life-sized objects representing the volume of the the C02 emissions for their choices. For further impact,we could illustrate the impact in terms of per capita carbon budgets of those in less developed countries. Going to the Japan for Christmas? That will create the GHG equivalent of a resident of Bhutan living for a year, as visualised in a VR time-lapse. We are experienced VR creators (www.rhrn.ch), and have a good idea of what works in VR as how to make it happen. We’d love to collaborate with you to turn this vision into reality.

Hello Friends, Welcome to Module 2 of Certified Ethical Hacking Version 10 (CEHv10). The objectives of this Lab demonstration are : - to gather Open Source Information Using Windows Command Line Utility. -To demonstrate How to Use ping, nslookup and tracert utilities to gather information about a target. And the agendas are : -Understanding ‘ping’ utility and It’s output -Find IP Address of a Target Organization’s Domain -Find the maximum frame size for the network -Identify ICMP type and code for echo request & response packets -Find Authoritative name server & its IP Address Press Windows key and the ‘r’ to open ‘run’ utility. Type ‘cmd’ to open Windows Command Line Utility. Then, ping your target domain. For this demonstration purpose, I am going to show it with Microsoft.com thought it’s not my target domain. You should type the target domain name. We see, we get the replies from the domain and the IP address of www.microsoft.com is 18.104.22.168.104. From the output, we can also see ping statistics like packets sent, packets received, packets lost, minimum & maximum approximate round trip time. Before actually moving into further demonstration, let’s understand about ‘ping’ utility and its output statics. I assume you already know about it. If you know, you can simply skip it, otherwise, I hope you will have clear understanding from my explanation. Understanding Ping and it’s output. Ping stands for Packet Internet Groper. It’s a computer network administration software utility used to test the reachability of a host on an Internet Protocol (IP) network. I wanted to test the reachability between my computer to the host ‘www.microsoft.com’, so I used ping. It measures the round-trip time for messages sent from the originating host (my host) to a destination computer (www.microsoft.com) that are echoed back to the source (my host). Ping operates by sending Internet Control Message Protocol (ICMP) echo request packets to the target host and waiting for an ICMP echo reply. Okay, that’s all for now. I hope you guys enjoyed the video and learned something new. I would like to thank you for watching this video, hope to see you again in the next, until then have a nice time good bye.

The Disneyland Monorail is an enjoyable way to get an overview of the park and sightsee while you get a chance to sitdown and be in air conditioning on hot days. The Disneyland Monorails Red, Blue, and Orange make up the entire Mark VII Fleet, This is an almost full round trip starting at Tomorow Land station and ending at Downtown Disney. The Disneyland Monorail is the only Disneyland Park attraction that can be boarded outside of the Park. It is always relaxing to ride the monorail and if you are staying at the Disneyland Hotel a convenient way to get back to the hotel. Here is the Disney description of the Monorail: Highway in the Sky as you are whisked around the Resort for an approximate 13-minute ride, sit back and enjoy the aerial views. You'll pass through Fantasyland and Tomorrowland in Disneyland Park and Condor Flats, Buena Vista Street and Hollywood Land in Disney California Adventure Park. The 2.5 mile route also parallels Harbor Boulevard and travels over the Disneyland Main Entrance and Entrance Plaza, taking you above and beyond the park scenery.

Hiking Echo Mountain in Altadena, CA took more than 2 hours round trip. At about 5.5 miles, the trail was filled with amazing views of Los Angeles. The Echo Mountain trail itself wasn't too difficult in terms of terrain. Most of the trail is well maintained. There won't be much rock hopping or trekking through thorny bushes. In terms of steepness and elevation gain, the trail becomes a moderate hike. The approximate gain for echo mt. is about 1500 ft. At the top of the hike, you will run into the historical remains of an old hotel. In addition, you find out why its called Echo Mountain when you find the echo phone. In summation the echo mountain hike is a moderate hike. This is coming from someone who attempts to exercise regularly but fails lol. I recommend bringing at least 2 Liters of water and a pair of good hiking shoes. The trail gets busy on the weekends with trail runners and hikers, but the views at the top are worth it! A drone films a pair of migrating gray whales, who while engaging in courtship behavior, were joined by a playful pod of pacific white-sided dolphins. Enthusiastic passengers aboard a catamaran operated by Captain Dave’s Dolphin and Whale Safari watched the dolphins leap and "surf" in front of the two 30-ton animals. Meanwhile the whales, seemingly amused by the attention from the dolphins, twirled around and swam the "backstroke". Captain Dave exclaimed, "This is the best video I have video seen of dolphins playing with whales!" Thousands of gray whales are making their annual migration right now, one of the longest of any mammal. The whales travel from arctic waters near Alaska where they feed to the warm lagoons of Baja, Mexico, to mate and give birth. During their approximate 12,000-mile round trip journey, gray whales face threats including orcas and entanglement in fishing gear. Nearly 1,000 dolphins and whales die every day, worldwide, in fishing gear entanglement. Captain Dave Anderson organized Orange County's first whale disentanglement group and rescue team members have successfully disentangled several gray whales. Dana Point is one of the best locations along the California coast to view the gray whale migration. The whales are often seen within a mile or two of the shoreline, and it is thought that they use Dana Point’s headlands as a navigational aid on their journey. In early March Dana Point Harbor will celebrate the gray whale migration and other marine wildlife with the 47th annual Festival of Whales. Ocean-themed events and activities that have an emphasis on education and environmental responsibility attract over 100,000 visitors during the two weekends of the festival. Filmed by drone operator Domenic Biagini Music by Epidemic Sound (http://www.epidemicsound.com) ***** Captain Dave's Dolphin and Whale Watching Safari offers daily, year-round, dolphin and whale watching trips from Dana Point, California, aboard a hi-tech catamaran sailboat with Eye-to-Eye Underwater Viewing Pods. Jumping off a 25 foot cliff into an underground oasis, yoga on the cliff side of Negril, playing basketball in Jamaica and a beautiful sunset for the first episode of this channel. I had the chance to visit the Blue Hole Mineral Spring just outside of Negril in Brighton Westmoreland (same Parish Negril is in). It’s about a 30 minute drive from Negril. This was my second visit to this attraction. It’s perfect for a half day trip outside from Negril. It’s close enough where you can hangout for a few hours and still be able to make it back to your hotel to chill on the beach and catch the sunset. The main attraction is the 25 foot cliff which you can jump from. For those in need of a little bit more of a challenge there’s a tree you can climb up and jump from. I’d say that’s probably another 12 to 15 feet higher. You can see a couple of people jumping/hanging from those trees in the video. The Blue Hole is open from 10 am to 6 pm. Amenity Highlights - Bar - Restaurant - Mineral Pool -Volleyball Court - Guest Rooms - Cliff Jumping Cost: * Approximate round trip taxi from Negril = $60 USD * Entry Fee = $10 USD per person Blue Hole FB Page - https://www.facebook.com/BlueHoleMineralSpringJamaica/ -- I try to do yoga at least once a week. It is extremely peaceful and Jacky always has great yoga instructors. For this class I did yoga with Stephanie who is from Germany but lives in Jamaica. She’s a great instructor. I’m sure I’ll do a full review of Jackies on the Reef sometime in the near future. It’s much more than a great place to do yoga. A $100 hamburger trip typically involves flying a short distance (less than two hours), eating at an airport restaurant, and flying home. "$100" originally referred to the approximate cost of renting or operating a light general aviation aircraft, such as a Cessna 172, for the time it took to fly round-trip to a nearby airport. (Thanks Wikipedia) Coming up through rotorcraft the concept of a $100 anything in aviation seemed far-fetched and mythical, so I decided to put this to the test at We-Be-Smokin at K81, just a 20 minute flight to the south of my home airport. I departed Olathe (KOJC), flew to downtown (KMKC), picked up 2 friends and hit Miami County (K81) the back to KOJC via KMKC. All said and done we totaled out at $1627.45. I guess there is no such thing as a $100 hamburger when your flying a helicopter. Rental: $1562.50 Meal: $64.95 Memories: Priceless

http://www.StartALawnCareBusiness.com/order.html Today I will show you how to give a price estimate on a residential lawn. Estimating a yard is easy. First we measure the dimensions. This estimate also includes weedeating. So, I will measure the perimeter of the property to tell me how much weeding I will have to do. Something else to keep in mind when you are estimating are obstacles in the yard. This family has a trampoline. Every single time we come out here, we are going to have to move that trampoline. That is going to add 5 minutes to your estimated time. So, be sure to include it in your calculations. Also, this family has a dog. As you and I both know, dogs leave messes in the yard. Account for that, too, with the difficulty index. Figuring a price quote is easy with the StartALawnCareBusiness.com estimating calculator. First you enter your hourly rate. Many lawn care companies use $50 per hour as a base rate. Your rate may be higher or lower depending on your part of the country. With a 48" commercial walkbehind lawn mower, I can mow at about 1200 square feet per minute. That number is generated with the productivity calculator available from StartALawnCareBusiness.com. The job size for the lawn in the video is 9640 square feet. The difficulty modifier is 55 because the family owns a dog. Already, the estimating calculator has told us that it will take about 8 minutes of mowing time. There are other things to consider. Trimming minutes: I measured the perimeter to see how many feet I will have to trim. There are 311 feet to trim on this property. I can trim at about a foot per second when I am moving fast. That translates to just over 5 minutes. I am going to round it up to 6 minutes. Blowing off the driveway and sidewalk will take about 5 minutes. Travel time has to be included in your schedule. This property is 10 minutes round-trip. As we see in the video, there are often other things to consider such as moving the trampoline. I will add 10 minutes per week for these other activities. The lawn care estimating calculator tells us the total time for this job is 39 minutes. At $50/hour plus the difficulty index, that gives a price quote of $35.00. Estimating residential jobs is easy once you know how to work the numbers. Subscribe to my channel for more videos on how to run your lawn care business. In October 2012 some of our students and staff travelled to Zimbabwe on a mission trip. The experience was life changing for all involved. During the tour the group came across some boys from a local village who were trekking to a river bed in the hopes of collecting drinking water. The journey was an approximate 10km round trip. On this particular day the river was dry and as such the boys returned home with half a 600ml bottle of water given to them by our group. On returning home the group were strongly convicted to help this village (Phakamani) with their water problem. Through internal fundraising and a fundraising concert (“Rock the Well”) we have managed to raise $19,000 over $20,000 towards the project. After a significant amount of planning, training and negotiations our partners in the project, “African Outreach” and “Cosmos Healthcare” have finally been able to sink the well which is part of an ongoing health strategy that has been developed for this region. Jason James, Executive Director of Cosmos HealthCare Inc explains “The Phakamani Water Project is made possible through the collaboration of four organisations. Cosmos HealthCare and the Sizolwethu Health Trust are the implementing partners on the ground in Zimbabwe. They are supported in Australia by African Outreach and Thornlie Christian College. Additional funding has been committed by the Entrust foundation in Melbourne to complete the initial three stages of the project. Stage 1. “Rower Pump” • Low technology, easily maintained • Installation using community labour • Pump installed to draw water from the dry riverbed • Stage completed in May 2015. Stage 2. Rain Harvesting Roof (170sqm) • Engineering planning is underway in Zimbabwe • Manufacturing of the roof components will begin in late-July/August • Erection of the roof is planned for August 2015 Stage 3. Hand Dug Well • Making the concrete rings for this well will begin in August/September • Digging and lining the well is planned for September Stage 4. Possible school construction under the rain harvesting roof – late 2015/2016 • Dependant on the level of commitment from the community members to fundraise for materials like concrete etc • The community will be taught how to construct the walls of the school, using bricks and or sandbags. • Zimbabwe Education Department will then provide teacher/s. • Desks and school equipment from donors. We are very grateful for the contribution made by Thornlie Christian College” Music - "Chasing the Sun" by Safe Haven from the album "Chasing the Sun" https://www.facebook.com/safehavenrock

Snowshoe Willow Park Nordic Ski Area Cloudy weather but temperature was great. Approximate ¾ mile snowshoe around Willow Park in The Big Horn National Forest, Wyoming. Snow varied in depth from hip deep to just several inches. Snow pack was better in the timber than in the open off the groomed trail. Noisy cheap snowshoes (ice crampons flipping around), 80 mile drive round trip and bad knees kept the outing short. Gaming on phones, tablets and laptops is very popular. Cloud gaming -- where remote servers perform game execution and rendering on behalf of thin clients that simply send input and display output frames -- promises any device the ability to play any game any time. Unfortunately, the reality is that wide-area network latencies are often prohibitive; cellular, Wi-Fi and even wired residential end host round trip times (RTTs) can exceed 100ms, a threshold above which many gamers tend to deem responsiveness unacceptable. In this video, we demo Outatime, a speculative execution system for mobile cloud gaming that is able to mask up to 120ms of network latency. Outatime renders speculative frames of future possible outcomes, delivering them to the client one entire RTT ahead of time, and recovers quickly from mis-speculations when they occur. Clients perceive little latency. To achieve this, Outatime combines: 1) future state prediction; 2) state approximation with image-based rendering and event time-shifting; 3) fast state checkpoint and rollback; and 4) state compression for bandwidth savings. To evaluate the Outatime speculation system, we use two high quality, commercially-released games: a twitch-based first person shooter, Doom 3, and an action role playing game, Fable 3. Through user studies and performance benchmarks, we find that players strongly prefer Outatime to traditional thin-client gaming where the network RTT is fully visible, and that Outatime successfully mimics playing across a low-latency network.

The first track opens the ball with an example of the genre (Introduction of a Jedi) reflecting the recurring structure of the various tracks that make up this album, namely a smooth and deep introduction to a melodic sample subtly dotted with scratches and cuts of an exemplary dexterity enhancing the flavor of a loop yet a priori banal! And now we point to the full force of this album! In fact, the innate ability of Polish youngsters to make their flavors faded (Dragun'z invasion is the paradigm) astonishes or even commands admiration. Thus throughout this deliberately Hip Hop album, the influences of the genre (From DJ Cam to Krush to name a few) are widely felt. However far from being content to imitate their worthy predecessors, the young Polish people are working throughout the album to enter a universe punctuated by samples of B series and other dialogues of all kinds, narcotrafic (Chicago's nite ) to the musical confessions of a Lebanese (Downtown Beirut). They are actively involved in providing a general coherence to this work whose cover, quite remarkable and retro, is the first step of a long walk through a maze of tracks depicting landscapes of surprising heterogeneity. Heterogeneity do you say? Yes, it is the most appropriate term to describe the progression, it is not a coincidence if the title of this album is "JOURNEY" (trip) and "INTO" (preposition supposing the entry in a geographical context, or as here, musical, different). To do this, the approach is that of a thematic progression specific to each track: Asia (Geisya), the lounge refreshing a Sunday afternoon disturbed by the untimely intervention of a psychopath (Diesel ride) but also the disturbing scraps of mafia negotiations recalling the universe of a Scorcese (48 Hours, Chicago's nite) or the Arabizing Hip Hop of El Rasla. In short, to be less expansive than usual, this album, exceptional in its originality and ambience, fishing despite everything, by its limited life due to the linear structure of its tracks. It remains nonetheless that this breeze sometimes scathing, somber sometimes relaxing or insubstantial this little gem in our ears is a real pleasure which amateurs of the genre as the neophytes will undoubtedly be able to delight. Notice to anyone unable to afford a ticket for a round the world, this Cd offers it at a ridiculous price and with a concision defying competition because it will be done in a approximate time of uh ... Yes, that's it, only 63 minutes! -www.trip-hop.net-

In 2014 I decided to drive accross North America. The exact route can be found here https://goo.gl/maps/8OQ49. There is some commentary along the trip by me, and some pictures from the major events during the trip. The songs being played are songs that were listened to along the way, so every once in a while a song would just "click" with the scenery as I was driving. I wrote it down so when I was editing the video the same song would make it in. The time lapse was taken with a GoPro Hero 3 Black Edition, with pictures being taken every 2 seconds. Max resolution, protune on, and white balance to camera RAW. Processed in GoPro Studio and stitched together with after effects and premier. Approximate amount of pictures taken was about 480,000 pictures. This equated to over 2.5 TB of data that I had to encode and backup along the trip. This took weeks to render, color correct, and stitch together. The trip lasted 114 days during which I drove 22,350 km. The recording shows only the major route and runs ~16,000 km. The Crags Lake Trail is beautiful, easily accessible and much less crowded than many of the more popular trails in Lassen Volcanic National Park. The trailhead is located in the North West corner of the park between the Loomis Museum and the Manzanita Lake Campground. The first portion of the trail is beautiful in its own right but the most spectacular views start at about the 1.5 mile mark when the trees open up to reveal the towering crags. The lake was firmed by volcanic activity that created a natural rock dam. Each year as winter gives way to spring, snowmelt runs of the crags and gathers in the lake. Through the summer the water level will recede. In some years it may dry out completely. You may run into other people while you are out but overall this is a very quiet trail. Approximate Distance Featured in the Video - 4.2 Miles round trip Entrance Fee: $20 valid for 1-7 days as of February 2016 Toilets, Water and other amenities available at the camp store about 0.25 miles away. A ride-along video documenting the mileage (mpg) of a 100 mile door-to-door trip. There's so many people saying these trucks can't get 20 +/- mpg, and that videos showing them getting those numbers are misleading. So here's a video showing my truck, in real-world driving conditions, getting a 19+ mpg average over the course of 100 miles and more than 2 hours of engine operation time. 2016 F350 6.7 Powerstroke Lariat 3.55 gears.

Sorry about the wind noise:( This hike takes place in the Ozark Highland, and ultimately reaches the summit of Mount Magazine, Signal Hill, Arkansas’s highest point (2,753 ft.). This trail is short and I would consider it easy. A road encircles the summit, and there are many trailheads whose trails converge on the summit. The most popular is from south of the summit starting at the lodge. My trailhead was from the north at the intersection of Mount Magazine Road and Cameron Bluff Road. The trail is approximately one half mile to the summit. The summit area is within a small clearing and is marked by a large sign. The ground has a 400-foot stone map display in the shape of the state; a USGS marker is within the display at the approximate location of Mount Magazine. There is an information board, 3 log benches, a high pointers foundation bench and a mail box containing a high point log book. Amtrak Route: Coast Starlight Origination Station: Los Angeles, Union Station Terminating Station: Seattle, Washington Approximate Miles Covered: 1,377 Scheduled Duration: 34 Hours Actual Duration this trip: 36 Hours This train departs from the grand and historic Union Station in downtown Los Angeles, Ca. This restored station now has a few restaurants and shops, and is in the eastern half of downtown and well connected to the Metro transit lines. After an on-time morning departure it heads to the Southern California coastline, the left side of the train affords great views of the Pacific as it passes through the beautiful coastal towns of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Pismo Beach. Riders get secretive views of the Vandenberg Airforce base and its many space launch pads only viewable by train. Once the route cuts inland you get to view the farmlands of mid-California and then enter into the San Francisco bay area at San Jose with a brief stop at the Emeryville station. Once turning inland to Sacramento, there is the capital in a brief view before continuing northward. The northern state is arid and dry but still worthy of some window time. The cross over into Oregon going north is at night, so the glory of the cascades is missed, but the twists and turns can be felt. We wake up in Oregon with great views of the Klamath mountains, and the upper Lake Klamath. Soon we pass into the well forested mountain range for miles and miles of scenic beauty. Portland, Oregon sneaks up on us as we cross over the river into the Portland station. Onward and northward we’ll see the some of the many inland waterways of the Puget sound and the infamous Tacoma Narrows bridges, replacements for the first edition which shook itself to its demise in high winds. By nightfall we arrive at Seattle’s King Street Station in the south part of downtown. Our trip continues with a night time ferry ride to Bainbridge island just across the sound. We do a brief tour of the Kitsap Peninsula visiting Poulsbo, Mt. Walker and Port Gamble before returning by Ferry Service to Seattle. And no trip to Seattle is complete without visiting Pikes Market and quick view of the ‘Flying Fish’! Enjoy the visual trip on Amtrak’s Coast Starlight and the sights of Seattle and surrounding areas.

SIARGAO: NO BS - DAY 1: COST & GUIDE FOR BUDGET TRAVELERS (Thanks for giving me some slack on my very first vlog under this handle!) I was in Siargao for 1 whole week earlier this month! I'll be uploading my "mini vlogs" and pictures and tips daily because I'm only doing this in my free time. Hopefully, by the end of the week, I can add them all up to one longer video. Feel free to check me out on Instagram as well @LuiLaagan. BEST WAY TO GET TO SIARGAO: By plane. Only except when you're from the neighboring islands. I used this link as a guide: http://www.siargaoislands.net/p/getting… Plane tickets are quite pricey so do your due diligence in finding promo fares. The best prices are less than Php 2,000 WHERE TO STAY ON A BUDGET: Book in advance during peak season. (I always use Airbnb and Agoda. Always check the reviews!) Homestays help you save on food cost (which to me is higher than what I'm used to in Siargao!) because kitchen amenities are included. Bunkbeds usually have the best price because you'll be sharing the room with other people. Most allow cooking as well! Stay close to Cloud 9 in General Luna where most of the action is! Fares are not cheap in Siargao. There are a lot of better rates for accommodations that you can only find once you're already on the island because not all of them list their rooms online. Best prices are Php350-500 per room/bed per night. HOW TO GET TO CLOUD 9: From the airport or the seaport, you can either hire a pedicab/tricycle, van, or habal habal/motorbike. There are a lot of them. You won't have trouble finding one. We arrived by plane and went to Cloud 9 by pedicab. The trip takes about an hour. Best rates: Habal-habal/motorbike: 200 per person Van: 300 per person Pedicab/Tricycle: 250 per person GETTING AROUND: Rent a motorbike if you know how to drive. Rates start at Php350 and can go down to Php300 or lower depending on the number of days you rent them. Short distance fares (Cloud 9 to wet market in GL) could cost around Php 30-50 while long distance drives to destinations like Magpupungko Pools or Del Carmen can set you back around Php 800 - Php1000. Motorbike for Rent: Kuya Ondong: 0907-464-2117 WHERE TO EAT ON A BUDGET: I saved a lot because we stayed at a place where we were allowed to cook. For the first day, I cooked food in advance and packed it. Meals at the small carinderias/food stalls can cost Php50 - 100. Popular spots where you can eat on a budget are Cashey's Place and Mama's Grill. DAY 1 EXPENSES: Php 3219: Plane Ticket (Promo-PAL/CebPac) 1 pax - Cebu - Siargao (Round-Trip) Php 250 : Pedicab to Gen. Luna for (Php 500 for 2 pax) Php 200 : Food (1 pax, 2 meals) PHP 3669 : TOTAL Other Expenses to prepare for the whole trip Php 1000 - Hotel/Homestay per day. (There are fan rooms/bunk beds for Php 350 - 500. Payment during check-out. Php 300 - Motorbike Rental per day. FROM DUMAGUETE If you're coming out of Dumaguete, Negros Oriental like me, the most budget-friendly way is by taking the bus. The approximate cost of the Fast Craft and Ceres Bus fare should be less than Php 300 while the taxi fare from the South Bus Terminal to the Mactan Airport should be somewhere around Php 340 - 400. I also had to rent out an Airbnb unit for the night because our flight was in the morning and I dont want to be late. It was for Php 993.31 and it's already located near the airport. ================================= Music By: Dj Quads - Missing Someone Song/Free Download - https://youtu.be/tLIMYCfezW8 Support DJ Quads - http://smarturl.it/dj-quads Happy Life by FREDJI https://soundcloud.com/fredjimusic https://www.facebook.com/fredjimusic/ Music promoted by Audio Library https://youtu.be/u4PI5p5bI9k ==================================

The western-most point of Oahu, Kaena Point is only accessible by hiking or by boat. The approximate 6 mile round trip hike along the coast is well worth the effort - and (depending on season) may include sightings of humpback whales, monk seals, and the endangered albatross. High atop the mountain that divides the north and south shore at Kaena Point is a U.S. Air Force satellite tracking station.
